In China,diabolo has a long history and was first used as a plaything in the palace courtyard.According to the textual research of historical books,diabolo in China should have a history of 900 years.However,Beijing diabolo has a history of more than 600 years if calculated from the Ming dynasty.Diabolo not only has the fitness and entertainment,but also has the competitive and performance of traditional national sports.In 2006,Beijing diabolo was approved by the state council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.However,with the rapid development of national economy,the survival,protection and development of "Beijing diabolo",as the witness of the inheritance and historical development of folk culture,are faced with many new challenges,such as the lack of cultural space,the difficulty of passing on skills,the lack of research results,and the shrinking of diabolo commodity market.It is imperative to protect and inherit the local diabolo culture in Beijing.Cultivation is the active involvement of external forces to promote the development and growth of something.At present,the inheritance and development of diabolo sports in Beijing are mostly realized through social sports organizations such as diabolo sports association.Therefore,the support and involvement of government organizations and enterprise organizations in diabolo sports association is the basic guarantee to promote the stable development of diabolo sports association and better play the role of inheritance and innovation.The motivation of diabolo sports association's organizational vitality,autonomy ability and self-enhancement of its "hematopoietic" function are the driving forces for the better inheritance and development of diabolo sports.The "society" studied in this paper is the public sphere,which refers to the sports social organization formed in a voluntary form outside the field of market economy and national politics.This study Beijing diabolo movement autonomy management point of view,with diabolo movement characteristics of the development of Beijing and tissue cultivation as the research object,the theoretical basis for the civil society theory,resource dependence theory,self-organization theory,by the methods of on-the-spot investigation,case study method,expert interview method,literature material method,logic analysis,combined with "Beijing xicheng district diabolo association" and other cases,from Beijing diabolo sports organizational structure,system,resource management and activities of the diabolo exercise social cultivation were studied in Beijing,to put forward the problems existing in the strategy,With the gradual improvement of the construction of diabolo sports organization in Beijing,the stable and sustainable development of the social organization of diabolo sports can be ensured,thus effectively inheriting and protecting diabolo sports and providing strong guarantee for the active development of national fitness activities in Beijing.According to this study,the organizational construction of the diabolo movement in Beijing has begun to take shape,but there are still some challenges in the cultivation of the "society" of the diabolo movement.The diabolo movement lacks a certain degree of autonomy and has limited access to government purchased services.The resource dependence is strong,the organization itself hematopoiesis ability and the consciousness are insufficient;Most of the members are retirees,aging significantly;Unsound internal governance structure and system;The organizations lack interaction and cooperation with each other,and the structure of public sports service network has not been formed.Campus promotion level is low.Therefore,it is proposed that the government should play the role of policy guidance and implement precise classification cultivation.Broaden the funding channels of diabolo sports organizations and rationally use the resources from all walks of life;Innovate the technology and form of diabolo movement,and expand the group of diabolo movement.Perfect the internal governance of diabolo movement organization,integrate the structure and system function;Create diabolo sports organization network,broaden the service;We will intensify publicity efforts to deepen exchanges and expand space for cultural development.
