At present,China's competitive aerobics has made great progress,and the training of athletes plays a key role in it,so it is important to investigate the training effect.Evaluation is a way to judge the training value of athletes.Evaluation indexes can help athletes to define the training direction.Therefore,through the construction of an evaluation index system for the training for first age group competitive aerobics athletes,can help coaches to monitor the training conditions of athletes from multiple angles,and it is applied to the evaluation of first age group competitive aerobics athletes in Shanxi province to help coaches comprehensively analyze athletes' integrated competence in different aspects,find out the weak abilities of athletes,and then provides suggestions for better specialized training.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,investigation,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics to determine the indexes and weight of the training evaluation index system for the first age group of competitive aerobics athletes.According to the evaluation index,the paper makes an investigation on the training satisfaction of the first age group athletes in Shanxi province,then analyzes the results of the investigation,finds out the abilities that the athletes need to improve,and provides suggestions for the coaches to make training plans.The research conclusions are as follows:This paper uses delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the training evaluation index system and weight of first age group competitive aerobics athletes,including four first-class indexes,fifteen second-class indexes and forty seven third-class indexes.Among them,the order of importance of the second-class indexes in the special technology is from high to low: exercise action,difficulty action,transition and connection action,skill action,artistic expression and coordination;the order of importance of the second-class indexes in physical quality is from high to low: flexibility quality,speed quality,strengthquality,sensitivity quality and endurance quality;the order of importance of the second-class indexes in body posture is from high to low: basic posture and basic combination;the order of importance of the second-class indexes in mental ability is from high to low: adaptability and learning ability.According to the training evaluation index system of first age group competitive aerobics athletes,this paper investigate the training situation of first age group competitive aerobics athletes in Shanxi province.First,in the special technology evaluation of first age group competitive aerobics athletes in Shanxi province,the athletes' training in artistic expression is relatively good,the training in coordination is relatively poor.Second,in the physical quality evaluation of first age group competitive aerobics athletes in Shanxi province,the athletes' flexibility quality is relatively good,the speed quality is relatively poor.Third,in the body posture evaluation of first age group competitive aerobics athletes in Shanxi province,the training of athletes' basic posture is relatively good,the training of basic combination is relatively poor.Fourth,in the mental ability evaluation of first age group competitive aerobics athletes in Shanxi province,the athletes' training effect in learning ability is relatively good,and their adaptability is relatively poor.The following recommendations are made:First,the research on the training evaluation index system of first age group competitive aerobics athletes provides help for evaluating the training of first age group athletes,then hoping to further develop evaluation criteria and better find out the gap between them and outstanding athletes on the individual content.Second,coaches should attach importance to the setting of the athletes' coordination actions in their usual training,such as two people kneeling,one doing cartwheel,and one jumping,two standing to catch it.Third,coaches should focus on training athletes' action completion speed.They can practice arm positions and basic steps from different angles without music to improve the accuracy of athletes' movement.Then they can follow the change of music rhythm and perform combination exercise of different movements to improve the speed of athletes' movements.Fourth,coaches attach importance to the athletes' combined action training,especially toplay the role of style dance,such as the upward locking,changing hands and finger combined action training of street dance,the shoulder,chest and crotch fixed point and loop combined action in jazz,to experience the rhythm and charm of body movements.Fifth,coaches should pay great attention to mental ability training,such as reporting to parents or schools at intervals,simulating competition scenes,testing training results,refining psychology quality and improving the stability of movements.
