Under the background of teaching and research in the big environment,the focus of teaching and research is gradually moved down to the kindergarten.From the general teaching and research based on the method of unifying teaching materials from the top to the bottom,it has been transformed to the kindergarten-based teaching and research based on the kindergarten to solve its own problems.Kindergarten-based teaching and research is an important way to promote teachers’ professional development,and also an important platform for teachers’ professional growth.Meanwhile,as a basic organization of a school,the effective operation of the teaching and research group is imperceptibly affecting the effective performance of the comprehensive efficiency of the teaching and research work of the kindergarten.However,there are still some misunderstandings and shortcomings in the construction of kindergarten teaching and research community,which has not been well established.The development situation of teaching and research community is unbalanced,and the construction of rural kindergartens in this area is relatively weak.Therefore,on the basis of grasping the current situation of the construction of the community of teaching and research group in kindergartens,this paper tries to reveal the existing problems and causes of kindergarten teaching and research group construction from the perspective of community,in order to find out the new reform ideas and specific strategies of teaching and research group under the background of learning community theory,and to provide reference strategies for the construction of kindergarten teaching and research group under the perspective of community.The case study method is used in this research,taking a rural kindergarten,L Kindergarten located in the suburb of Shanghai as a case,through the on-the-spot observation,the interview and the questionnaire investigation and other research methods,this paper puts forward some corresponding strategies for the constructionof teaching and research group in L Kindergarten from the perspective of learning community theory.The findings are as follows:From the perspective of study team,teaching research group of L Kindergarten has problems of excessive functions and imperfect system construction.The deviation of the function orientation of the teaching and research group,the arbitrariness of the kindergarten management and the lack of the ability of the leader of the teaching and research group lead to the obstacles of the community construction.The author puts forward that the kindergarten should improve the teaching and research system and strengthen the management,and should attach importance to and strengthen the training of the leader of the teaching and research group.From the perspective of study tasks,the contents of teaching and research group in L Kindergarten are too complicated and not targeted.The kindergarten does not attach enough importance to teachers’ professional development,and teachers do not build a vision of common development.The author points out that the content of teaching and research should be targeted and planned,and the professional growth of teachers should be emphasized to guide the construction of a vision of common development among teachers.From the perspective of study process,the teaching and research group of L Kindergarten has problems of a single form,lack of initiative of teachers,perfunctory attitude,low degree of participation and other problems.The enthusiasm of teachers to accept new things is not high,the awareness of lifelong learning is not enough,which have become the obstacles to the construction of a learning community.The author suggests that the kindergarten should innovate the teaching and research forms,provide a platform for teachers to show their abilities,improve the initiative of teachers,improve perfect the study group system,and strengthen the implementation.From the perspective of learning resources,the learning resources of teaching and research group of L Kindergarten are relatively limited,and the sense of sharing among teachers is weak.Because it is located in rural areas which are relatively remote to the central urban areas,the construction of learning resources is relatively limited,and there is a lack of team cooperation and sharing mechanism among teachers.The author suggests that the kindergarten should try its best to expand the channels of learning resources,improve the sharing mechanism among teachers,and clarify the form and requirements of sharing.
