In Morality and Rule of Law Course,the author found that students sometimes hold different views on some of what the teacher said in class.In the face of this phenomenon,some teachers take or avoid,or resist the negative response.The author believes that if this problem cannot be properly dealt with,it will not only hinder students’ learning of contents,but also have a negative impact on the teaching effect of moral and rule of law course Therefore,resolving students’ thinking conflicts and guiding students to solve cognitive conflicts is an important part of Morality and Rule of Law Course.It is also the key to promoting students’ cognitive development and building good characters.Therefore,from the perspective of teachers,this paper will study the cognitive conflict In Morality and Rule of Law Course.The first part,In Morality and Rule of Law Course theory overview.Firstly,cognitive conflict,In Morality and Rule of Law Course cognitive conflict and other concepts are defined;Secondly,this paper takes cognitivism learning theory,constructivism learning theory and the formation and development theory of ideological and moral character as the theoretical basis of this study to provide theoretical support for this paper.In the second part,with the help of the questionnaire,the cognitive conflicts In Morality and Rule of Law Course are investigated in terms of frequency,types and influencing factors,so as to master the cognitive conflicts and the cognitive conflicts of teachers in class from a macro perspective.On the basis of the investigation results,this paper analyzes the deficiencies in coping with the cognitive conflicts in class,and analyzes the reasons for the deficiencies from the aspects of teachers,students and external environment.In the third part,based on the survey results and the content of the textbook,the paper proposes solutions to this problem from the abstract level and the concrete level respectively.At the abstract level,this paper puts forward the principles that teachers should follow when dealing with the cognitive conflicts In Morality and Rule of Law Course,namely,the principle of paying attention to both the big and the small,the principle of reasonable consideration,active response and so on,At the specific level,this paper analyzes the conflict and treatment of moral conscience and legal provisions,the conflict and treatment of narrow cognition and social vision.The principles and the practical cases in class together constitute the way to deal with the cognitive conflict In Morality and Rule of Law Course,thus fundamentally solving this problem.
