With the development of science and technology,the era of knowledge economy is changing with each passing day,which makes the society's need for human's thinking more and more urgent.People gradually realize that simple knowledge imparting can't meet the requirements of the development of human's comprehensive ability.To adapt to the rapid growth of scientific and cultural knowledge,scientific thinking must be developed.In recent years,curriculum and reform around core literacy have paid more attention to enhancing students' comprehensive ability to meet the requirements of personal lifelong development and social development.Among them,students have the ability to learn to learn and innovate themselves,and it has attracted widespread attention to change their learning style from accepting and accumulating learning to exploratory and creative learning.The realization of this ability is just science.The external form of thinking.Traditional teaching pays attention to students' memory and application of knowledge,ignores the process of acquiring knowledge ability,and the comprehensive situation of students' lack of humanistic development still exists."Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school takes Marxism as its guiding ideology and takes students' actual life as its basis to enhance students' moral quality,healthy psychology,awareness of rule of law and public awareness.Because of the cultivation of scientific thinking,it is more plasticity in adolescence,which provides a channel for the formation of correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Therefore,paying attention to improving students' awareness of scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school is to grasp students' cognitive law and growth characteristics,is the inevitable requirement of moral cultivation,and is the practical need of practicing Marxist materialist dialectics and historical materialism.The introduction of scientific thinking cultivation strategy in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school has made an attempt for the weak situation of students' scientific thinking cultivation in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,and provided a theory for reference to enhance the teaching effect of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.The strategy of cultivating students' scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school is divided into the following parts: The introduction part elaborates the reasons and significance of the research on students' scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,introduces the research summary and research methods;The first chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of cultivating scientific thinking,which clarifies the relevant concepts of scientific thinking.Constructivist learning theory,moral cognitive development theory and modern cognitive learning theory provide theoretical support for the cultivation strategy of students' scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school;Chapter II discusses the significance of cultivating students' scientific thinking;Chapter III summarizes the survey objects and summarizes the lack of students' scientific thinking in the current teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.The current situation and the reasons for the above problems in the cultivation of scientific thinking are analyzed.Chapter IV puts forward the specific ways to cultivate students' scientific thinking.Although these can't fully summarize the whole situation of the cultivation of students' scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,we can realize the cultivation strategy of students' scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school from the aspects of the relationship between scientific thinking and "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,the embodiment of scientific thinking in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school,and so on.In order to meet the needs of cultivating talents with diverse qualities,teachers of Rule of Law and Morality in junior middle schools should attach importance to the teaching of scientific thinking.
