Effect Of High Intensity Intermittent Training On Body Weight-control And Physical Fitness Of Judo Athletes

Research purposes: Judo athletes with proper weight is of great significance to win,so this study for overweight and obese adolescent judo athletes,in the open outdoor environment,based on the characteristics of judo sport exert corresponding high intensity intermittent motion,analysis after 3 months of judo player control the effect of weight reduction as well as to the influence of strength,balance,stamina and physical quality,study on high intensity intermittent movement judo athletes of the actual effect.Methods: Select 22 people as our experimental subjects,according to the coaches pairing and randomly divided into experimental group and control group each 11 people,the experimental group for 12 weeks of high intensity intermittent movement,three times a week,about 20 minutes each time,the control group in the same time for regular training in low and medium intensity aerobic continuous movement,the role of the control group in this experiment is mainly reflect daily regular continuing changes in the situation of physical functioning after training.Measurement tools included: tape measure,height and weight scale,ultrasonic body composition measuring instrument and stopwatch,which were used to measure the body composition and basic physical quality of judo athletes.In the experiment,polar heart rate band/meter was used to monitor the exercise intensity and athletes' status.Body composition and basic physical fitness indexes of all subjects were measured before and after the experiment.The changes of body composition and body quality of athletes before and after the experiment were analyzed.SPSS20.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis.Independent sample t test was used between the experimental group and the control group.Results: After high-intensity interval training,the body weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist and hip circumference of adolescent judo athletes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before the experiment(p<0.01).In the control group,the body weight,BMI and waist circumference of adolescent judo athletes decreased after routine continuous training compared with that before the experiment,showing a very significant difference(p<0.01).And the reduction degree of each index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Physical quality,strength quality:(1)Before and after the experiment in the way more grip strength has very significant difference(p<0.01),the biggest burpees number has significant difference(p<0.05),the standing long jump has significant difference(p<0.05),the grip strength/weight and burpees weight/body weight has a very significant difference(p<0.01);In the control group,only standing long jump had significant difference before and after(p<0.01),but the increase was smaller than that in the experimental group.(2)Speed and sensitivity: The 30-meter running time of the experimental group was shortened with a significant difference(p<0.01),and the 30-meter running time of the control group was shortened with a significant difference(p<0.05).The 10-second sit-ups increased in both the experimental group and the control group,and there was a significant difference in the experimental group(p<0.05).(3)Endurance quality: There was a significant difference(p<0.01)in 200 meters between the two groups.The difference of 1500 m was significant(p <0.01).Before and after comparison of the control group,there was a significant difference of 200 meters(p<0.05);The difference of 1500 m was significant(p<0.01).(4)Flexibility quality: Before and after the experimental group and the control group,there was a significant difference in the body forward flexion(p<0.01),and the improvement rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.(5)Balance quality: In the experimental group,there were significant differences before and after standing with open eyes(p<0.01)and standing with closed eyes(p<0.05).There was no difference in the control group.Conclusion: High-intensity interval training can play a role in improving body composition,and can effectively exercise the physical fitness of judo athletes.In judo training for teenagers,this method can be appropriately used to carry out daily weight control exercises for judo athletes,or it can be incorporated into the training plan as a basic physical fitness training.
