Analysis On The Current Situation And Problems Of Production Mutual Assistance In Pastoral Areas From The Perspective Of Regional Development Mode

Vast territory,sparse population,remote location,these are the most directly visible characteristics of pastoral areas.There is rich nomadic culture in the endless grassland,simple herdsmen for stable survival and production,gradually formed different forms of mutual benefit,mutual help and mutual assistance organizations.In traditional nomadic societies,herders are no longer alone and helpless in the face of natural disasters and living difficulties with collective support.The mutual assistance and cooperation between herdsmen can also improve the efficiency of animal husbandry and impart the experience of life and production to each other.The accumulation of these traditional experiences is still of guiding significance to the development of modernpastoral areas.However,with the change of policy background and the development of pastoral areas,the traditional cooperative production in pastoral areas evolved into other forms,and some gradually disappeared.There are many uncontrollable factors in pastoral areas,and herdsmen alone cannot resist natural disasters and market risks.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct the system of production assistance in pastoral areas.In this paper,on the theoretical perspective of regional development pattern,in siziwang banner of Inner Mongolia G Ga Zha,for example,pastoral areas production cooperation as the research object,using literature research and field method,a large number of reference literature pertinent to the topic in this paper,to go to G Ga Zha through participatory observation and unstructured interview the two ways of collecting data,the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia production mutual development course and the pastoral area policy,pastoral areas within the G Ga Zha production problems existing in the process of mutual development and influencing factors on the discussion and analysis.Pastoral areas of the construction and development has been the national focus on the topic,solving the problem of pastoral areas is conducive to the development of the country,social work has its unique role in participation in social problems,this paper uses regional development pattern in the community of social work has certain feasibility analysispastoral production mutual problem,and pastoral areas production system of mutual tentative intervention suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
