In the years of practices and reflections on junior high school physics teaching, we have known that the traditional teaching method had many shortcomings and deficiencies. On the one hand, teachers had paid much attention to the process of physical teaching while the dominant position of students was neglected. On the other hand, the traditional patterns of classroom teaching mainly focused on the target of students’cognitive development but neglected that in other areas, which made it hard to improve the comprehensive quality of students and realize their overall developments. For the students who were educated, this mode will be difficult to adapt to the needs of society and the era development.Teaching methods need to be reformed under the present situation to fully adapt to the philosophy of Quality Education and Inquiry Learning. Mutual Aid Learning has been concerned in recent years, which teachers had found many shortcomings during the process of exploration and practice such as not only the "form" of mutual aid but also the "act". It needs us to do a further research on Mutual Aid Learning and improve it. This paper has done some practices researches and analysis on peers’mutual aid learning in junior high school physics teaching, found that Mutual Aid Learning can not only stimulate the students’ motivation to learn, but also improve their communication skills. Peers will satisfy their psychologies of impacting others by supporting helps to others, and meet the senses of belonging through caring for each other. Everyone has the chance to express his views and opinions, listen to the views of others, help others and get the help from others. Students will form and express their emotions、attitudes and values, realize their dominant position, show their abilities, and then find self-esteem and confidence. The methods and recommendations described in this paper are the writer’s shallow understanding and views through learning and practices. Hope it have a positive effect on teaching improvement.
