with the development of society,the phenomenon of job burnout frequently appears in the public view,especially in the field of education.Teacher's job burnout is a kind of negative and depressed mood of teachers under the pressure of long-term high workload and teaching.This has damaged the physical and mental health of teachers,lowered the quality of life of teachers,and compromised the teaching effect,and even hindered the development of education cause in China.In recent years,many scholars have devoted themselves to the study of occupational burnout and explored effective strategies to alleviate it.In this article,through questionnaire investigation and interview method to M middle school of Zhengzhou city middle school all the teacher's job burnout situation in-depth research and analysis,and then put forward the strategies of the effective methods to achieve the purpose of ease teachers' job burnout,can also provide a little material for later scholars research,have certain reference significance to some extent.On the basis of investigation and research,this paper analyzes the reality of junior middle school teachers' job burnout.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which expounds the basis of topic selection and the purpose and significance of topic selection.By sorting out and studying the references,it reviews the current research status and achievements at home and abroad,proposes the theoretical basis for the application of this research,and defines the main concepts.The second part is a detailed description of the research design and research process.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and USES multiple research methods to make the collected information more authentic and reliable.The third part is the analysis of the survey results.The degree of teacher's job burnout is mainly reflected by the score of emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and low sense of achievement.This paper makes a specific analysis of the degree of teachers' job burnout according to their basic situation,position,class and treatment,and finds out the existing problems and classifies the causes.The fourth part is aimed at the job burnout of M junior high school teachers in Zhengzhou,taking social,school and individual teachers as the entry point to propose improvement measures.The last part is the summary of this paper,and analyzes the progress and deficiency of this research.
