A Research On The Professional Management Of Community Workers

Community is an important part of urban governance.With the development of urbanization,communities are playing a more and more important role,such as coordinating contradictions,serving people's livelihood and promoting social stability.Community workers play a key role in the process of community governance.Community workers refers to the memberships of the two committees of the community party branches and the neighborhood committees.At present,the professionalization of community workers in China is not perfect,and there are still many problems in community governance activities.Therefore,in order to make community service better and faster to adapt to the changing economic and social transformation and the changing needs of the masses,the main purpose of this paper is to examine how to improve the professional management of community workers.Recent years,Zhangzhou has continuously optimized the community service work,strengthened the construction of community work force,improved the community service ability and achieved certain results.However,there are still a lot of problems and shortcomings in the community work.Taking Xiangcheng District,the downtown area of Chenzhou,as a case study object,the author finds out that the community work through the investigation and analysis of the staff composition,daily work,management status and cognition of community work by means of consulting materials,on-the-spot understanding,questionnaires and individual interviews.There are some problems such as low level of professionalism,low salary,complicated work contents,and poor promotion of profession.This paper analyzes the causes of these problems from three aspects:the management system of community work,community workers and the external environment of the community,and on the basis of the above research,how to promote the professionalization of community workers in Xiangcheng District.Management puts forward specific proposals.The research and analysis of this paper is based on existing literature analysis,field interviews,data research and analysis,combining with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.The obtained data and materials are authentic and effective,so as to expound the status quo of community workers more comprehensively and objectively.Through the analysis,the problems and their reasons are found and the solutions are put forward.We hope that our research can provides meaningful reference for the professional management of community workers in Xiangcheng District.
