China has a long history and rich culture.One of the important conditions for the inheritance of the history and culture is Chinese characters,which are the important writing symbols for recording Chinese language.When writing Chinese characters,people have to face the first problem that we have to write based on the order of strokes.It is very important for primary school students to learn to read and write systematically,and to follow the correct order of strokes.The correct order of strokes not only helps the students write Chinese characters correctly and beautifully,but also improves the efficiency of writing.It is helpful for students to master the rules of Chinese characters to better remember the characters and expand the amount of recognized characters.Besides,it also has a great influence on the Chinese character retrieval of the students.Therefore,writing according to the correct order of strokes is an important basis for students to learn Chinese language course.As the beginning of basic education,primary school should guide students to build a solid foundation for writing Chinese characters.Chinese character strokes have always been concerned by many Chinese language scholars,but their research focus more on the three aspects: principles of the Chinese character strokes,rules of the Chinese character strokes and the norms of the Chinese character strokes,which provide poor guidance to the practical teaching.With emphasis on the combination with the writing status of the primary school students,taking Xihangang Primary School,Shuangliu District,Chengdu as an example,this paper conducts research and analysis,and actually investigates the current writing status of primary school students in various phases of study,thoroughly discusses the formation reasons of the writing status of the primary school students,and finally proposes the corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter One and Chapter Two firstly introduce the research status,the relevant concepts and norms of Chinese character strokes.In Chapter Three,with the combination of the actual teaching experience,a questionnaire is prepared based on the evaluation standard of Chinese Language Curriculum Criterion of Compulsory Education(2011 Edition).By using the random sampling survey method,the survey and interview are conducted among the students in the lower,middle and higher grades in Xihanggang Primary School,Shuangliu District,and the data are obtained and analyzed.From the perspectives such as the basic situation of the teachers,the understanding of the norms of the strokes and the teaching of the strokes,etc.,Chapter Four observes and investigates the Chinese teachers and analyzes the results.Chapter Five summarizes some countermeasures,targeting the problems analyzed in the previous chapters,to improve the current situation of strokes writing from the aspect of teaching of the teachers.It hopes that through the combination of theory and practice,it can be helpful to the teaching of low level Chinese in primary school.
