The Study On Satisfaction Of School Parents Of A Primary School Students

"Educating the people's satisfaction" is the party's and the government's requirements and goals for the development of education.Parents are the guardians of the children,and the parents give the children all-round attention.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the level of satisfaction of parents with the school,which factors determine the factors that affect parents' satisfaction with the school,and which measures can improve the satisfaction of parents.This paper first reviews the literature on the satisfaction of school parents at home and abroad,and combines the speciality of A primary school to construct a system of evaluation indicators for the satisfaction of parents of A primary school students.After the parents meeting,the teachers talk.The process of evaluation of the school's satisfaction with the parents of A primary school students,which was finally established by the process of expert argumentation.According to the system,a questionnaire was designed to distribute questionnaires to parents of A primary school students.A total of 980 valid questionnaires were collected to investigate the satisfaction status of parents in the four dimensions of school education environment,education quality,education equity and education management.The parents of the students were interviewed,According to the questionnaire and the data obtained from the interview,the data was entered into SPSS22.0 software for analysis.Through comprehensive analysis,the reasons for the low satisfaction of students' parents mainly depend on the imperfect school supervision,the campus environment needs to be improved;the student evaluation method is not perfect,the education evaluation method needs to be improved;the resource allocation is unreasonable,the education unfairness needs to be resolved;the family education concept Lagging behind,the concept of home-school collaboration needs to be improved.Therefore,based on the status quo,this paper puts forward five suggestions for improvement: focus on the school's own construction,improve the educational environment;reform the educational evaluation method,adopt a diversified evaluation method;optimize school management,improve parental satisfaction;increase education reform and promote education equity Advocate home-school collaborative education to improve educational effectiveness.
