The writing teachers in high vocational college is a kind of important human resources,are playing an increasingly important role in higher vocational colleges, the current humanresource management system can arouse the enthusiasm of at the teacher’s work, whetherit can meet their basic needs, is not fully clear. Although not at the role of teachers in thecollege is very important, but not because of the important role to the attention of theleaders of higher vocational colleges, they belong to the vulnerable groups in highervocational colleges, many rights can not get due protection. In higher vocational collegesfor the writing teacher management method, management, salary treatment, mentalrecognition speed can’t keep up with the development of the college, it has to do with thewriting teachers play a role is unbalanced. Therefore, this topic research in highervocational colleges at teachers’ job satisfaction, higher vocational colleges can help findthe shortage of human resources management aspect, to face the management of thewriting teachers, to promote the development of the reform in higher vocational colleges.The paper mainly divides into five parts. The first part is the introduction. Mainlyelaborated the research background, significance, the research both at home and abroad.The second part is theoretical basis. The third part is the research design. The fourth part isthe data statistical analysis. The last part is the countermeasures and Suggestions.This article innovation in the following two aspects. First, in this paper, analyzing therelated literature at home and abroad, combined with the KG of the interviews at theteacher’s conclusion, from these teachers work reality, wrote the\"in higher vocationalcolleges at teachers’ job satisfaction questionnaire\". Second, domestic for highervocational colleges must at teachers’ job satisfaction study is less, started late, analysisdimension is different, lead to the analysis results of the writing teacher job satisfactionalso is not the same, the lack of systemic and gradation. There is currently no scholarsfrom the macro level to analyze the writing teachers’ job satisfaction in higher vocationalcolleges, also did not put forward effective countermeasures and Suggestions, the existingresearch results in higher vocational colleges to improve the writing teacher jobsatisfaction can only take temporary solution not effect a permanent cure. And, with thedeepening of the reform of education system in our country, the development of highervocational education is also changing, static satisfaction research has not suitable for thedevelopment of higher vocational colleges need now. Myself in KG college work, can grasp the KG dynamic development of the college, often update job satisfaction surveydata, realize the teachers in higher vocational colleges not at the dynamic study of jobsatisfaction. Hope on the basis of empirical research, this paper combined with theoreticalanalysis, comparison, accurately grasp the vocational colleges than at the present situationof the teachers’ job satisfaction, and targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are putforward.
