The correction of Chinese homework is a very important part of Chinese teaching.It is an effective way to test the effectiveness of teachers’ teaching,an important means for cultivating students’ good learning habits,and also a critical tool for teachers to understand the knowledge mastering situation of students.Therefore,whether it is for teachers’ teaching or for the students’ development,the correction of homework is of self-evident importance.However,in practical schooling in primary school,especially in senior grades where the main language and learning tasks are relatively heavy,there are many problems in the correction of homework,so that their functions cannot be effectively exerted.Through the investigation of the correction of Chinese homework in the senior middle schools of primary schools,the author hopes to find out the problems in the homework and the real causes of these problems.This will provide teaching reforms and promote the development of basic education,so as to provide a certain reference for the real quality education.In this study,225 students and 12 teachers in the senior grade of XX primary school in Jiangxian County were selected as the survey subjects.Questionnaire surveys and individu al interviews were conducted with students and teachers on the correction and feedback of the Chinese homework in the senior middle schools.And borrowing a part of the revised assign ment book from this school’s teachers.The survey results obtained through survey statistics and research analysis show tha t although there are some positive trends in the correction of Chinese homework,there are stil l many problems including: 1.the subject of the correction is simplex and the degree of students’ participation is low;2.The content of the correction is narrow;3.The standard of the correction is simplex and traditional;4.Lack of diversity in the modes and types of the corrections;5.Focus less on the correcting feedback.Based on these problems in the correction of primary school’ Chinese homework,the author analyzes the reasons for these problems and put forward to the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions: 1.Realize the diversity of the subject and improve the degree of students’ participation;2.Expand the boundaries of the content of the correction;3.make the standard of correction has features of multi-dimensional and innovative;4.Enrich the modes and types of corrections;5.Attach great importance to the correcting feedback.At last,the author summarizes the inadequacies of the study and the value of continuing research in the last part of this thesis.Hopefully,it can provide reference for future research on the correction of Chinese homework.
