Education practice occupies a very important position in the teacher education practice teaching, and the teaching practice plays an important role in the education internship. The teaching practice of primary school education is an important practice activity. It is a critical period for the pre service primary school teachers to practice education theory and get the teaching experience, which is also a critical stage of the role transformation that from pedagogue to educators, which deeply affects their actual teaching behavior in the future. At present, it is an important period of teacher education reform, education practice has attracted much attention, but the primary school education practice has long been the lack of an effective evaluation system,which is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times for teaching practice. Therefore, it is very urgent and necessary to construct and study the evaluation system of teaching practice of pre service primary school teachers.The study focused on primary school education in Yunnan normal university undergraduate, tries to establish a set of evaluation system which is consistent with the teaching practice of primary school education in Yunnan Normal University, in order to promote the reform of the teaching practice of primary school education in Yunnan Normal University and the professional development of primary education majors.This research survey Yunnan normal university grade 2012 primary school education undergraduate professional students, mainly adopts investigation interview method and literature research. Come to the conclusion: Yunnan normal university primary school education undergraduate professional made full preparation before practice, including plenty of professional practice, the second classroom activity of etc. In the case of a serious imbalance between student-faculty ratios actively use base resources outside the practice teaching work to be accomplished both in quality and quantity. In current practice teaching evaluation system mainly exist in the evaluation of the main body and the way is relatively single, imperfect evaluation content and so on. According to the teacher education curriculum standard ", " elementary schoolteachers’ professional standards and requirements, in view of the problems existing in the current evaluation system, this study in combination with the professional characteristics of elementary education, subject characteristics, the teaching practice of trainee, training, practice, reflection to evaluate integration processing, set up a heavy process, the development of diversified practice teaching evaluation system.Appropriate into self-evaluation, mutual, student assessment and the assessment method, making full and comprehensive evaluation of the subject, the function of the evaluation more pay attention to encourage students’ professional development.In conclusion, I sincerely hope that this study can play the role of sprang out to the study of primary school education undergraduate professional practice teaching evaluation, to provide the reference for pre-service teachers’ teaching practice of higher normal colleges, and expect that through the practice of the evaluation system reform and research have more suggestions and ideas are put forward.
