Extracurricular counselling organization for primary and secondary schools is now the hot topic of "national",from "two sessions" on behalf of the debate,and even "shout",to the parents "love-hate relationship" of it,the elementary and middle schools extracurricular counselling organization is in the midst of the "center",even like a rat crossing the street,everyone loved to play.However,in our country,different types and different levels of after-school counseling organizations are as many as cow hair,most of them do the wind and water,and the price is constantly improving.Though the extracurricular counselling organization seems to be gets a "play" in society,why she can "die","blossoming",which will be its own reason,it shows the education counselling organization is a kind of market demand,but at the same time,she have many let a person can not stand,counselling organization development present situation is what kind of? What are the deep contradictions and conflicts in her development? How to solve this contradiction and struggle,let counselling organization restructuring,optimization better and healthier to meet the needs of education market,it is "get",we should be in-depth study of a problem.This study Y county in Shanxi Province the current situation of the elementary and middle schools extracurricular counselling organization as the research object,select the county 25 extracurricular counselling organization,teachers,students and parents,head of the questionnaire investigation,from the size of the county school counselling organization,qualification,courses,teachers,teaching organization form,charging condition,operating various aspects,such as all-round thorough understanding of the current situation of extracurricular counselling organization,facing problems and the causes of these problems.The survey shows that the majority of extracurricular remedial classes do not have the qualifications;The teaching level of the tutor is low and the teaching quality is not high.The director of the counseling organization focuses on short-term economic benefits,and teachers have no job security.The status and treatment of teachers are low;Student mobility;There isno uniform standard for charging,and there is no restriction of relevant departments.The guidance agency false propaganda,the remedial effect of the question.In view of the above problems,this study proposes corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures from the three levels of extracurricular tutoring institutions,parents and government.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first is the introduction,including the origin and significance of the research,literature review and research content,ideas and methods,relevant concept definition and the theoretical basis involved in the paper.The second is the investigation of the status quo of the extracurricular tutorial classes in elementary and secondary schools in Y county,including its basic situation and the basic status quo.Thirdly,it is the main problem and the cause of the problem in Y county.Finally,Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for its development.
