In recent years,China has entered the era of knowledge economy.Especially in recent years,the consumption consciousness of Chinese residents has also undergone a reform,and the consumption proportion in the field of education is also increasingly high.Now,China's extracurricular tutoring institutions have also entered a rapid stage,with good prospects for development.At the same time,China is carrying out basic education reform stage.In 2014,China's education authorities issued opinions on the reform of the examination and enrollment system.In this reform,the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform,mainly has five aspects,one is to emphasize the importance of higher vocational education,the use of different talent selection methods to select ordinary higher education and higher vocational education students.The second is to improve the comprehensive ability of students,to use the high school academic examination,at the same time the implementation of comprehensive quality and ability evaluation,to avoid the bias of students,so that students learn every course.Third,some subjects use more than one year to test the way,so as to reduce students' pressure.Fourth,the college entrance examination enrollment optimization,improve the allocation of places.At the same time,the normalization of additional score policy should be improved to promote the fairness of enrollment.Fifth,it can expand the channels of admission to higher education and avoid the "one size fits all" situation of college entrance examination,so as to improve the rationality of talent selection.In order to adapt to the new college entrance examination reform,better adapt to the progress of the new college entrance examination reform.Extracurricular training institutions need to adjust their original orientation and strategic direction to adapt to the development direction under the new college entrance examination reform.Before the reform of college entrance examination,the enrollment goal of colleges and universities was achievement first.In this case,many parents will send their children toafter-school tutoring institutions in their spare time.On the one hand,the parents are busy with their work,and they hope the institutions can help their children with their study;on the other hand,they also want to improve their children's performance.On the whole,there is a broad market space for Chinese counseling institutions.As the number of counseling agencies increases,so do the problems.Due to the absence of relevant systems,the operation of many guidance agencies is not standardized,and the vicious competition has also appeared in the industry.Many institutions operate on a commercial model that runs counter to the very nature and purpose of education.This way,not only can't realize the cultivation of students' learning ability,but also will hinder the long-term development of the industry.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy development of primary and secondary school counseling industry,but also to respond to the new college entrance examination reform policy.In 2018,the general office of the state council of China has put forward corresponding Suggestions for extracurricular training institutions,pointing out that it is necessary to build a long-term mechanism,regulate the training order,and finally achieve a good education ecology.At the same time,also need to ensure that primary and secondary school students reduce the implementation of the task.Therefore,various extracurricular tutoring institutions must be adjusted according to the new college entrance examination reform plan and the opinions of the state council.On the one hand,they can provide students with better quality tutoring courses;on the other hand,they can also maintain the healthy development of the industry and create a good competitive atmosphere.This paper intends to analyze the current situation of XTH education and training institutions as a starting point.And the existing research results are analyzed to sort out the operating status of different extracurricular tutoring institutions.At the same time,SWOT theory is used to analyze the XTH guidance institution,and its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks are known.This paper puts forward some Suggestions from theaspects of faculty,curriculum design,organization and management,and formulates the development plan under the new college entrance examination reform.Meanwhile,it provides some references for the development of extracurricular training industry in primary and secondary schools in China.
