Analysis Of The Influences Of The Development Of Information Technology Services On The Employment Of Labor Forces In Zhejiang Province

In recent years,Zhejiang Province has stimulated economic growth through the development of information economy.Information industry occupies more and more positions in Zhejiang's economic components,and is one of the major industries supporting the future development of Zhejiang Province.The integration of informationization and industrialization has effectively improved the efficiency of enterprises in production.In some traditional labor-intensive industries,artificial intelligence and robots are used to replace labor force in some low-skilled jobs.With the development of information technology,it has been realized.The innovative application of information technology has produced many new industries,created many new jobs for the employment of labor force and created many new forms of flexible employment.As the first demonstration area of information economy development,Zhejiang Province is in the leading position of all provinces in the development of information industry and informatization.The starting point of this paper is whether the development of information industry can promote the employment of local labor force while driving the economic development,what kind of mechanism exists between them,and what kind of impact it will have on the employment of local labor force.This paper takes information technology service industry and labor employment as the research objects.First,guided by industry theory and labor employment theory,and using literature materials,it reviews and summarizes the relevant research of previous scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,taking Zhejiang Province as the data sample,it chooses output value,information development index and information bank.The industrial employment elasticity and labor employment structure of Zhejiang Province are measured and analyzed by the indicators of information technology service industry,informatization development and employment status of labor force.The problems existing in the development of information industry and employment of labor force in Zhejiang Province are summarized.It is found that in the early stage of development of information industry,information talents are needed.The training speed can not keep up with the development speed of the information industry,which has a large demand gap for high-tech talents.Thirdly,the paper studies the mechanism that the development of information technology service industry may have an impact on the employment of labor force in theory,and sums up the influencing paths.According to the characteristics of the development of information industry,it puts forward the hypothesis that information technology and information technology service industry play an adverse role in the early stage of development,and at the same time,it constructs the hypothesis that information technology and information technology service industry The empirical model of capital-labor ratio is used to analyze the impact of information technology service industry on labor employment in Zhejiang Province by using the output value of information technology service industry in Zhejiang Province from 2004 to 2017 and the data of Zhejiang informatization development index and Eviews 9.0.From the trend and empirical results of employment elasticity of information technology service industry in Zhejiang Province,the development of information technology service industry in Zhejiang Province has not played a role in promoting the employment of labor force.The current stage of information technology progress in Zhejiang Province is labor-saving technological progress,which is not conducive to promoting the employment of labor force.In economic development,the proportion of capital is larger.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the results of the above qualitative and quantitative analysis,some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the positive role of the development of information industry in the employment of labor force.
