The Influence Of Modern Service Industry Development On Employment In Zhejiang Province And Policy Suggestions

In recent years,under the background of the rapid economic development of Zhejiang,the scale of service industry is growing day by day,the comprehensive strength is increasing,and the quality and benefit is greatly improved.This is not only the "booster" of Zhejiang’s economic growth,but also plays a "stabilizer" role in employment,and has become the industry that absorbs the most employment in Zhejiang.Therefore,the development of the service industry has become a key area to expand employment.At present,the modern service industry is the top priority of the development of the service industry,and its rapid development is not only an important symbol of economic modernization,but also the main channel to achieve high-quality employment.First of all,this paper collated,summarized and reviewed the literature related to the employment effect of modern service industry.Then,this paper compared the modern service industry and employment situation of Zhejiang Province with that of the whole country and Beijing and Shanghai,and then analyzed the current situation of the overall and subdivided industries.This paper qualitatively analyzed the mechanism of the influence of modern service industry on labor and employment in Zhejiang Province from two aspects:Dominant mechanism and recessive mechanism.Secondly,the employment contribution model constructed by input-output method was used to measure the employment contribution of modern service industry.The employment elasticity coefficient of each industry was calculated by the double logarithm model,and a comparative labor productivity model was constructed to determine the role of modern service industry and its subdivided industries in promoting employment development in Zhejiang Province.Finally,the employment potential of modern service industry will be analyzed from the degree of structural deviation.This paper put forward relevant policy recommendations from the perspective of the government to achieve the purpose of promoting the coordinated development of modern service industry and employment in Zhejiang Province.Finally,this paper summarized all the studies,as follows: The modern service industry in Zhejiang Province has laid a solid foundation for the stability of the employment situation in recent years,and it will continue to play an important role in the next few years.
