Research On Performance Evaluation Of University Government Procurement

In recent years,with the flourishing of education in our country,colleges and universities have become the focus of our investment and development.In the aspect of legislation,the procurement of colleges and universities is included in the scope of government procurement in our country.In the specific implementation,the procurement work of colleges and universities can be paid attention to by various government procurement agencies.In the result,the purchase work of colleges and universities has not only improved the rate of expenditure,but also saved the corresponding budget.The savings of the country's financial funds have made a direct contribution.However,while the development of government procurement in Colleges and universities tends to be mature,the performance evaluation of government procurement in universities is still in its infancy,especially the procurement performance work of the two colleges and universities which occupy the vast majority of the universities and colleges.The immaturity of the performance evaluation of the government procurement in Colleges and universities has fundamentally restricted the favorable expansion of the government procurement in China's universities and hindered the rapid development of our country's education.Through the analysis of four modules,such as the legislation,the main body,the system and the results of the performance evaluation of the government procurement performance in the University,as well as the target,the mode,the process and the results of the system,this paper combines the various realities of the government procurement of a common two colleges and universities with a strong representation in the government procurement.As a case,a summary is made to find out and summarize the existing problems or effective enlightenment in the performance evaluation of the government procurement of two colleges and universities,represented by J colleges and universities at the present stage.In view of the existing problems and combining the revelation,the weight of each index is determined by AHP.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of the government procurement in J colleges and universities.In view of the results of the evaluation,the corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the CIS of the performance evaluation of the government procurement in two types of colleges and universities in China.To carry out the benefits,and make our government procurement work in Colleges and universities play the biggest advantage,and achieve the best results.
