The countryside junior middle school teachers as an important part of the middle stage of development,the level of the ability of teaching of rural junior high school teaching quality has a significant impact,therefore,how to improve the rural teachers' information technology application ability,is teacher development,enhance the prime problem of the teaching quality.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the application ability of teachers' information technology in rural junior middle schools in xia county,and discusses the scheme of improving the application ability of rural teachers' information technology.This paper mainly discusses how to master the information technology knowledge in rural junior middle school teachers and improve their teaching and research level.In the countryside junior middle school teachers' information technology application ability in the process of ascension,and can be used to evaluate gauge,to carry out the school-based teaching and research,electronic file cover,etc.,supervise and urge teachers' information technology is used to analyze and solve the problem of classroom teaching.Research shows that the research development of the countryside junior middle school teachers' information technology application ability,not only by the teachers' information literacy level,teachers' self-development consciousness of its own factors,such as by schools,education management department to teacher development,and the influence of teaching management system.
