Nowadays,the informatization of education and teaching has been paid more and more attention by the state,and has been gradually promoted to the strategic position of national development.With the increasing growth of educational informatization,touch television and interactive electronic whiteboard and other multimedia teaching equipment have been basically popularized in primary and secondary schools all over the country,and primary and secondary school teachers everywhere have begun to use multimedia resources to carry out teaching work.However,in reality,there are many constraints that will affect the improvement of information technology ability of primary and secondary school teachers,among which the main problems in the training of teachers' information technology application ability are short training time and many contents.As a result,the trained teachers are unable to master the knowledge and put it Internalization,training project dispersion,leading to repeated training,training mode,too unified content,ignoring actual difference,not in conformity with actual demand,etc.Based on the above research background,the problem to be solved in this study is that the training of the teachers' information technology application ability can be improved through self-learning and practice,in addition to the current centralized training.The specific methods are as follows:1.According to the standard of TPACK and the state regulations,the evaluation index of information technology application ability of junior middle school teachers is preliminarily set up.The information technology application ability evaluation index of junior middle school teachers is used to compare with itself,so as to find oneself in the information technology application In the light of the problems and shortcomings of the United Nations.Based on the results of the assessment,a strategy to improve the ability of its information technologyapplications is developed.Research activities have been carried out to verify the availability of information technology applications for junior high school teachers.The relevant practical research on the application ability of information technology can find the effective way to improve the information technology application ability of the primary and middle school teachers according to the results,and can provide a reasonable way for the first-line teachers in need of the information technology application ability of the general need to be strengthened,and can obtain some beneficial inspiration,or some method with strong operability,so as to provide the promotion of the teachers' information technology ability Reasonable solution.In the course of this study,first,based on the specific requirements of the state's information technology ability and the actual demand of the teachers,the evaluation index of the information technology application ability of the primary and middle school teachers is preliminarily established.It then compares itself with the evaluation index,and then finds the difference and the deficiency that exist between the self and the evaluation index,so as to make a plan to improve the individual's ability.Finally,using the action research method,it is divided into three cycles,and the practice of the promotion in the teaching practice is carried out for the deficiency of our own.From the results of this study,it can be seen that the method of improving teachers' self-ability proposed by the author is more reasonable and effective,and it is an effective way to improve teachers' information technology application ability.
