Research On Operation Mode And Governance Of Youth Sports Training Markets In Hunan

Following the continuous pursue improvement of people's living standard,the continuous advancement of quality education,as well as communication and touch of culture of each country under globalization,the public has gradually realized that teenagers' physique and physical fitness development determine its basic development in the whole life.People pay more attention to the training to teenagers' exercise ability and physique quality.Topics about “how do young people participate in sports better,and achieve the goal of improving physical fitness”can also be a social concern.Moreover,the teenager extracurricular sports training market,which is a beneficial extension of campus sports,has developed rapidly.However,there are situations such as quality difference,incomplete monitor and position lacking of management in different training institutions need to be solved and regulated.This paper adopts documentation method,questionnaire survey,on-site study and mathematical statistics method,etc.Selected randomly 20 managers,60 coaches and 300 students from 20 teenager sports training institutions as the research objectives.From the basic condition,operating mode,managing mode,teaching mode of youth sports training market to study the operating mode of Hunan youth sports training market.Analyze the existing problems deeply and then explore the characteristics of diversified governance in Hunan youth training market.The results showed that:1.According to the development of training programs,the business model of Hunan's youth sports training market can be divided into a single project business model and a multi-project mixed business model;according to the use of training venues,it can be divided into three modes: autonomous business model,leasing Business model,cooperative business model;according to the chain operation of physical training institutions,the business model can be divided into two types: single store operation and chain operation.The management mechanism adopts three types: membership,non-membership,and hybrid.The way of publicity is the Internet and the distribution of leaflets and the main sales channels are direct sales,Internet business sales,and cooperative sales in youth sports training institutions.Coaches teach students by using action explanation and demonstration,Integrity and decomposition of teaching,preventing and correcting mistakes;And sports skill teaching mode is the most widely used in the youth sports training market.2.In the satisfaction survey of the physical training market,the coaches are not satisfied with the environmental facilities,management mode.The students' satisfaction inenvironmental facilities,teaching quality and promotion is low.3.The problems urgently to be solved is that: the government and other relevant departments are not strict in supervision;the environmental facilities are not perfect;the level of institutional managers and coaches is uneven;the product homogeneity is serious;the propaganda method is not targeted.4.The subject of governance in the youth physical training market includes the government,sports association,training institutions,and trainees.The various governance entities collaborate to form a multi-governance model,which jointly governs the youth sports training market in Hunan Province.And the paper offered governance strategy from the aspects of governance institutionalization,autonomy,hub,and innovation.The paper studies the youth sports training market of Hunan province,it aims to provide theoretical support about creating a good environment of youth sports training market,to enrich the governance theory of the teenager sports training market.It has a vital significance to promote the development of Hunan youth sports career.
