Research On Operation And Guarantee Construction Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Sports Training Major Of Higher Physical Education Institutions

Objective:The research mainly investigates the basic situation of the operation and guarantee construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of sports training specialty in China's higher sports colleges.Hope that a comprehensive understanding of the existing domestic sports training innovation entrepreneurship education teachers,funds input,participation,reward system,curriculum system,building the system of security,the development trend of the whole operation,carry out the"double gen" looking for work in colleges in operation and guarantee of the construction of the key elements and outstanding,easy to rapidly promote the innovation of the higher sports colleges and universities sports training entrepreneurship education work,for developing sports training students'innovation ability,solid theoretical foundation for pioneering consciousness.Methods:Through expert interview and questionnaire survey method,selection of the national sports colleges eight schools,sports training in sports colleges in 8,reading of the students,teachers,teaching management as investigation object,a total of 800 effective questionnaires were distributed students,40 questionnaires distributed teachers,managers 24 questionnaires,the questionnaire survey and expert interview communication,and sports training and sports training professional leadership and innovative undertaking teacher interview communication.The research mainly focuses on the guarantee of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,the degree of incentive mechanism,capital investment and the construction of teaching staff.Results:According to the research objects,it is shown that:According to the analysis of the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"training students,the proportion of male students is higher than female students.66%of them have friends and relatives'entrepreneurial experience,60%of them are interested in the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"education,and 66%of them know about the,mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education.According to the analysis of teachers,50%of them have participated in mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,9%of them have overseas study experience,87%of them are interested in mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,and 84%of them know about mass entrepreneurship and innovation education.Analysis shows that 65%of managers are involved in"mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education,and 87%are interested in"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"education.In running factors analysis,Beijing sports university,Shanghai sports institute,wuhan sports institute,guangzhou institute of sports courses,capital institute of physical education,Beijing sports university,Shanghai sports institute,wuhan institute of sport participation as well,Beijing sports university,capital institute of physical education,guangzhou sports institute,shenyang sports institute,incentive mechanism of xi'an institute of physical education as well.From the analysis of guarantee factors,Beijing sports university,guangzhou sports college and shenyang sports college have good teaching conditions,Beijing sports university,capital sports college,Shanghai sports college and xi 'an sports college have good hardware guarantee,and the system of Beijing sports university,capital sports college and Shanghai sports college is well established.Conclusion:(1)The study found that the higher sports colleges and universities sports training students,teachers,management innovation,entrepreneurship education's basic situation,the majority of students interested in innovative undertaking,and understanding of creative education,a few teachers involved in innovative undertaking education training,most of the teachers are interested in innovative undertaking,most managers involved in innovative undertaking education work,interested in creative education.(2)The study found that from the point of innovative entrepreneurship education operation factors,as most of the sports colleges and universities in the country of managers and teachers of"double gen education“emphasis is insufficient,the low degree of institute for innovation entrepreneurship education curriculum development,and have significant difference between different colleges,only some college courses in related teaching entrepreneurship class,students participate in after winning,individual faculty to reward students form a single,influence the enthusiasm of students in innovative undertaking.(3)The study found that from the point of innovative entrepreneurship education security factors,most of the college funds relative protection in place,entrepreneurship practice base is rich,"3" in the sports colleges and universities teacher talent team construction is relatively complete,some schools in the"double gen" education incentive system for middle school students and teachers'JiangPing system is not perfect enough,lead to teachers and students participation is low.(4)On the whole,there is a big difference between different regions.The atmosphere and development speed of "entrepreneurship and innovation" education in colleges and universities in the south are obviously better than those in the north.In the"entrepreneurship and innovation" education of sports colleges and universities in northern China,there are some characteristics,such as the lack of documentation spirit,the lack of investment and the slow development.(5)The study found that,based on the current sports colleges sports training innovation entrepreneurship education and guarantee of the construction of the operation situation,still need to strengthen innovation entrepreneurship courses,faculty,resources,teaching mode,social support,entrepreneurial projects,the construction of student participation,institutional guarantee,so as to make the higher sports colleges and universities sports training innovation entrepreneurship education more efficient and more specific.
