Gardner,the famous American psychologist,in the field of child development put forward the famous theory of multiple intelligence,the theory broke the traditional thought of human intelligence contains only language intelligence and logic intelligent point of view.In its theory,interpersonal communication as one aspect of the seven smart people,for the importance of personal growth is obvious.Another junior high school of morality and the rule of law as an important field of the middle-school student moral education class,also shoulder the important task of cultivating students' interpersonal skills.Morality and the rule of law,therefore,class teachers should actively explore how to morality and the rule of law can make good use of junior high school class to cultivate the students' interpersonal skills.In this paper,using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method in detail elaborated the connotation of interpersonal skills and to develop the theoretical foundation of the net-surfing of middle school students as well as interpersonal skills training has important significance.And morality and the rule of law course teaching in middle school in the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of students' interpersonal communication ability has carried on the preliminary discussion.Using questionnaire at the same time,the current development situation of middle school students interpersonal skills,and a junior high school teachers of morality and the rule of law in the daily teaching to cultivate students to investigate the condition of interpersonal skills,from different angles,find out the use of morality and the rule of law classroom training middle school students' interpersonal communication ability the existing prominent problems,and according to the strategy analysis of problem,finally put forward opinions and Suggestions.
