Interpersonal communication,as a basic activity in human production and life affects every aspect of daily life.And interpersonal communication skills as one of the criterions of the adaptability to social and national demand concerns the formation of admirable morality such as concern for others,caring for the collective,showing solicitude to the motherland development,etc.Formation of favourable interpersonal skills influences the junior high school students'intergrated development and the existence of Successor to socialism with Chinese characteristics,when they are in the critical transition period of growth.The Morality and Rule of Law,a course based on the actual life of junior high school students to promote the development of students'moral character and physical and mental health,has already touched on the content of interpersonal communication and the importance to the cultivation of students'interpersonal skills in the textbook,which certify the significance to improve the interpersonal skills of junior high school students through the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law.In this study,questionnaires were used to select junior high school students in a middle school in Xi'an as the research object.The current situation of interpersonal communication in junior high school students was analyzed based on the current moral and rule of law teaching methods to improve the interpersonal skills of junior high school students,which came from the perspective of teaching and proposed a coping strategy.Some issues,such as the imbalance of knowledge transfer and ability development,existing deviation of teaching evaluation behavior and concept,lacking the attention to student interpersonal distress(etc.).appeared in improving the interpersonal skills of junior high school students in the teaching of morality and rule of law,the study found.And according to the research,the solution which combines the actual situation of interpersonal communication with junior high school students and relies on the content of the course materials,can design teaching objectives based on"Subjective Education" as a premise,expand teaching resources to meet the positive experience of interpersonal communication as a basis,diversify teaching methods promote the improvement of interpersonal skills as the key and focus on guiding rational interpersonal communication as a guarantee,conducting to impact the discipline of ethics and the rule of law in junior high schools,which may help students improve their interpersonal skills,form admirable interpersonal qualities,and jointly promote the formation of core literacy.
