| As an important activity in human production and life,interpersonal communication is indispensable for human survival and development,and interpersonal communication ability is one of the indispensable abilities for individuals to adapt to social life and become qualified members of society.As a critical period of students’ physical and mental development,middle school is also an important period of moral character formation and value concept formation.Good interpersonal skills have a far-reaching impact on junior high school students’ self-awareness,academic achievement,psychological health and social skills acquisition.Therefore,in the period of junior high school should take advantage of the situation,the students’ interpersonal skills to be correctly cultivated.In addition,morality and rule of law course is the key course to cultivate morality and cultivate people in compulsory education stage,which shoulders the important task of cultivating students’ comprehensive quality.Therefore,the cultivation of students’ interpersonal communication ability from the moral and rule of law course teaching can not only play the characteristics of discipline education,but also conform to the goal of curriculum education.This paper takes the middle school students of a middle school in Linwei District as the research object,starts with the cultivation of students’ interpersonal skills in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,analyzes the causes of the problems in interpersonal communication education in teaching,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Through the questionnaire survey of students and the interview of teachers,this study found that there are some problems in the interpersonal communication teaching of students in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school: insufficient attention to the cultivation of interpersonal skills,insufficient development of interpersonal communication teaching resources,lack of innovation in teaching forms and lack of students’ interpersonal communication practice.The main reasons for these problems include: the change of teaching concept is not in place,teachers’ teaching ability needs to be improved,teaching evaluation system is not perfect and students’ consciousness of interpersonal communication is weak.In view of the above problems and causes,the author believes that teachers should change their teaching concepts,pay attention to the cultivation of communication ability,optimize the teaching design,focus on the implementation of communication objectives,innovate teaching practice,broaden communication training channels,enrich teaching evaluation,promote the improvement of communication ability,improve students’ cognition,and enhance the cultivation of communication consciousness to cultivate students’ interpersonal skills. |
