Research On Food Safety Issue Of College Students’ Canteen

Food safety is one of the hot issues of society concern, and college canteen foodsafety issue is more important. It needs extensive concern and attention of the wholesociety, as it relates to students in the health and life safety. Hence, researching on foodsafety issue has a very important practical significance.This paper researches on college students’ canteen food safety issues, combiningliterature research, questionnaires, empirical analysis and information from daily life.Firstly, presenting college students’ canteen food safety issues in food raw materialpurchasing, storage, processing, selling and management status of college studentcanteen. Secondly, analyzing reasons behind college student canteen food safety issues.Such as leaders’ attention, management system, business model and other aspects of thefood industry. Finally, exploring measures to solve food safety issues, including raisingthe degree of attention, improving the management system, strengthening operatingmanagement and establishing a good market order. Hoping to solve food safety issuesof college students’canteen.Colleges should attach great importance to food safety, taking effective measuresto prevent the occurrence of food safety incidents, in order to maintain campus stability.
