Objective:The development of school teachers includes not only the professional development of school teachers,but also the development of"human".The development of teachers can not be separated from the support of their own psychological capital.The management of teachers'psychological capital should become an integral part of human resources management in schools.Because of the lack of understanding of the connotation,requirements and the role of psychological capital for the development of school teachers,the management of teachers'psychological capital in our schools is still very weak,and the psychological health and potential of school teachers have been greatly influenced,and the development of the school has also been restricted.Through the thorough combing and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,it is found that the research of psychological capital still has the space for further research at the same time.This study focuses on the excavation and promotion of positive psychological factors of primary school teachers,and tries to improve the psychological capital level of primary school teachers by means of group counseling based on the micro model of psychological capital intervention.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to investigate the psychological capital level of primary school teachers,to compile a set of psychological capital group guidance scheme suitable for primary school teachers,to design experimental groups,to carry out intervention operations,to investigate the effect of group guidance on improving the psychological capital level of primary school teachers,and to provide the education for this group.Practice template to provide reference for similar groups in education and practice.Method:In this study,four scales were used to measure the four dimensions of psychological capital,and the revised group counseling evaluation table was tested after the end of the guidance.With the help of group psychological counseling,supplemented by literature retrieval and data analysis,data collection,questionnaire analysis and data collation are carried out.In this study,the intervention group and the control group were used for posttest design.The results show:(1)The homogeneity of the experimental group and the control group was better before the experiment.(2)Experimental group comparing the test data from significant difference before and after the intervention,the group guidance activities of psychological capital in the experimental group tasks with the score of psychological capital and interpersonal emotional psychological capital total score were significantly improved,and the task type psychological capital,self-efficacy,motivation,resilience,hope and optimism,such as component scores,and interpersonal emotional psychological capital,enthusiasm,humor,integrity,and love and gratitude component scores have increased significantly and group counseling intervention can effectively improve the level of teachers' psychological capital subjects.(3)In the control group,although the pretest and post-test results were changed,the overall volatility was not large,indicating that the psychological capital level of primary school teachers would change in the short term,but there was little possibility of a big change.(4)The intervention effect of the experimental group was much better than that of the control group,indicating that the form of group guidance was more effective in improving the psychological capital level of primary school teachers.(5)The qualitative research of the late interview and the self-feedback and evaluation of the members showed that the members'self-efficacy,optimistic attitude towards life,expectation for the future and initial psychological response to setbacks were improved through the experiment,which proved that the group counseling experiment was effective.Conclusion:Through experiments,the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of group counseling activity intervention showed that the group counseling intervention of psychological capital improved the confidence and optimism level of primary school teachers,as well as the hope for the future and the resilience to deal with difficulties and setbacks.The level of psychological capital has improved significantly on the whole.
