Practice And Reflection Of Social Work Project Embedded In Moral Education In Primary And Secondary Schools

At present,the development of social work in China's primary and secondary education is closely related to the development goal of the "one school,one social worker" of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2007.Since 2007,"School Social Work" has entered the school education field as a professional term for social work and often operates in the form of projects.At present,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other regions have begun to try to introduce professional social workers into the school,and achieved good results.However,the development of "school social work" is still in the exploration stage of local areas,and a complete,reasonable and scientific development mechanism has not yet been established.This study uses qualitative research methods,taking the practice of "Youth Growth Plan"implemented by Nanjing X Middle School as an example,analyzes the practical process of embedding the content of school moral education,embedding theory as the theoretical basis,using interviews and participation.Method of observation and other methods to collect data.From the three stages of the embedded process,including the preliminary stage of cooperation,the stage of dependent cooperation,and the stage of independent cooperation,analyze the different embedded means of each stage,and then summarize the effectiveness and function of the social work project embedded in the moral education of the school.At the same time,reflect on the difficulties faced in the process of embedding,such as the connection with the original institutional framework of the school,the specialization of social work,the lack of time and space for embedding,and the self-identification of social workers.Based on this,a series of strategies to promote social work projects embedded in school moral education are proposed,and the issue of sustainable development is discussed.
