Research On Employment Of New Generation Migrant Workers In Chongqing

Migrant workers continue to grow and develop throughout the process of China's reform and opening up.He is an indispensable force in China's modernization drive.Over the past decades,reform and opening up have made great contributions to the change of rural landscape and the improvement of China's social and economic development.In 2017,the party's 19th National Congress report clearly stated:Encourage migrant workers to work and start businesses through multiple channels,and improve the quality of employment and income.In 2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Government also explicitly requested:increase the income of farmers and promote the transfer of employment of rural labor.Actively improve the public employment service system in urban and rural areas,carry out multi-batch vocational training,increase the employment channels of migrant workers,and find ways to improve the quality of employment.On the basis of studying the employment status,characteristics and problems of the new generation of migrant workers in Chongqing under the current economic situation,in March 2018,a questionnaire survey was conducted on some migrant workers in nine districts of Chongqing.Through the commonly used statistical software such as SPSS and Excel,systematic data analysis was carried out on the effective questionnaires,and some countermeasures and suggestions for the employment of migrant workers in Chongqing were proposed.The article briefly introduces some basic concepts and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,and then analyzes the current situaion of the new generation of migrant workers in Chongqing,and describes the problems and causes they are facing according to the status quo.A solution to the current problem was proposed.This paper comprehensively analyzes and collects the problems faced by the new generation of migrant workers from multiple angles,rationally and skillfully uses the analytical methods of cross-disciplinary research,fully combines the management theory to conduct research and analysis,and finally finds the problem based on the actual situation.solution.This paper deeply analyzes the basic concepts of the new generation of migrant workers,and gradually decomposes them from the historical reasons and missions of the new and old generation of migrant workers,compares the different problems faced by the two,and finally finds the closest to reality through comparison.The most effective countermeasures are used to solve the employment problems of the new generation of migrant workers.This paper is divided into six parts:In the first part,it mainly describes the research background,purpose and significance of the article,then summarizes the current situation of domestic research and the research status in foreign countries,shows the research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the thesis.And insufficient.The second part is mainly to explain some concepts and summarize the related theories.Including the new generation of migrant workers and their characteristics,employment,employment theory,dual economic theory,human capital theory and so on.The third part is the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in Chongqing and the latest employment status.It analyzes the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the status quo of employment.The fourth part is the problems and some constraints of the current employment of migrant workers in Chongqing.The fifth part is to put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the problems summarized,including improving individual input,establishing employment information platform and improving.The employment environment of migrant workers,strengthening vocational skills training,and establishing and improving labor security mechanisms.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper.
