After the reform and opening up,along with the development of city and rural industrialization,the continuous improvement of productivity,the rural labor force began to transfer to the city,China's migrant workers is a special group in the background.With the passage of time,the new generation of migrant workers have replaced the parents to become the main force of city construction gradually.Many new generation of migrant workers in childhood had left behind experience of people,the employment problem has left behind experience of the new generation of migrant workers is the employment problem of migrant workers in general,also highlights the particularity and new features.This paper takes the new generation of migrant workers who have left behind experience in Ji'nan as the research object,which will be left behind in the employment problem,through the use of literature analysis,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey,the author explores the employment problems of the new generation of migrant workers.Based on the definition of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper defines the concept of the new generation of migrant workers,then the data of the questionnaire were collected,Comparing the employment status of the left-behind migrant workers and the employment status of the migrant workers in the new generation,Summing up the special employment situation of the left-behind peasant workers in the new generation,found that the left behind experience of the new generation of migrant workers employment has low level of employment,income and consumption level is low,the labor intensity is big,the employment problem of the mental health status of poor job and single way,and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the root causes of the problem left behind experience of employment of the new generation of migrant workers.On the commonness of the employment of the new generation of migrant workers,found the particularity and new characteristics of the employment problems of Left-behind experience of the new generation of migrant workers and identify the root causes of the problem.Finally,according to the root of the problem,throw out asuggestions from the perspective of individuals,enterprises and governments.From a personal point of view,I think the Left-behind experience of the new generation of migrant workers should strive to improve the overall quality of individuals and establish the correct employment concept,enhance the competitiveness of urban employment.From the enterprise point of view,the enterprise should take the responsibility to provide a fair employment environment,at the same time,the enterprise should carry out internal training on a regular basis and build a good corporate culture atmosphere.From the point of view of the government,the government should improve the public employment service system and the relevant laws and regulations,provide better employment security for the Left-behind experience of the new generation of migrant workers.At the same time,the governent should focus on strengthening the care and protection of the left behind period,avoid intergenerational transmission of left behind experience.
