| The successful bid for the Beijing Winter Olympics has promoted the rapid development of skiing in China.However,when the operation of vacation ski resorts is in full swing,the safety hazards will also be highlighted.Only a scientific and effective assessment of the operational risks of vacation-type ski resorts can reduce the probability of skiing risk and ensure the snow and ice of 300 million people.This thesis takes the vacation-type ski resort operation risk as the research object,identifies the existing risks through the identification of risks,establishes the vacation-type ski resort operation risk assessment index system,and empirically demonstrates the vacation-type ski resort L and the vacation-type ski resort K.The study demonstrates the feasibility of the resort-type ski resort operational risk assessment indicator system.The results show that:(1)Using the risk decomposition structure(RBS)to identify the risk of vacation-type ski resorts,identify 5 primary risk sources,16 secondary risk sources and 70 tertiary risk sources.(2)After the preliminary construction of the risk identification framework system,after two rounds of Delphi method expert demonstration,the vacation-type ski resort operation risk assessment system was formed,which consisted of 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 41 third-level indicators.(3)The weight coefficient of facility risk in the first-level indicator of the resort-type ski resort operation risk assessment index system is 0.2695,the second place is the operational risk weight coefficient is 0.2355,and the third place is the personnel risk weight.The coefficient is 0.2306,and the fourth place is that the security risk weighting factor is 0.2098,while the environmental risk weighting factor is 0.0547.(4)The operational risk of the vacation-type ski resort in Hebei Province and the vacation-type ski resort in Jilin Province are both at a low risk and a small risk,and then a risk response plan is proposed. |
