Research On The Application Of Flipping Classroom To Taijiquan Teaching In Colleges And Universities

The reform of teaching mode plays a key role in the development of education field.under the background of innovative education,the innovation and reform of teaching mode has become the top priority of scholars' research.How to make use of reasonable and novel teaching mode,on the basis of cultivating students' interest,to master knowledge and skills in the best way,is the primary purpose of teaching mode reform.Based on the in-depth study of the traditional Taijiquan teaching,this paper takes the improvement of some problems and shortcomings in the teaching process of Taijiquan in colleges and universities as the breakthrough point,by flipping the teaching mode of the classroom.Input fresh blood to the traditional Taijiquan teaching,so that the teaching is more simple and efficient,more close to the needs of students,more in line with the social development direction of the teaching model.Through practice,the following conclusions are drawn:Flipping the classroom teaching model can significantly improve the students' learning performance;flipping the classroom teaching model can help to enhance the students' comprehensive ability;flipping the classroom teaching model can enhance the students' interest in learning.And targeted put forward the following suggestions: speed up the introduction of rational application of flipped classroom to improve academic performance;actively cultivate students' comprehensive ability through flipped classroom;through multi-angle curriculum design to enhance teachers' acceptance of flipped classroom;improve the quality of classroom teaching and find the balance between the new and the old teaching model.
