This paper is based on the Blackboard platform,to flip the classroom under the concept of Taijiquan teaching design and application as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method for teaching design of flipped classroom for Shaanxi Normal University public sports Taijiquan course,and on the basis of the flipped classroom teaching design from the classroom effect.To improve the students' interest in Taijiquan and the physical quality of students as the goal,and the teaching effect is analyzed and summarized,analyzed the positive effect of teaching mode and the negative effect of the sound,and can provide a reference for other researchers to carry out the flipped classroom Basis.The results show that 1?has a certain application feasibility of flip classroom teaching mode in the Taijiquan teaching;2?the flipped classroom is helpful to improve the students' cognition of Taijiquan;3?the flipped classroom is helpful to students'autonomous learning ability;4?turning class applied to teaching effect the Taijiquan is more obvious;5?physical education teaching evaluation under the mode of flipping the classroom is more scientific and reasonable;6?there are flipped classroom teaching problems.On the design and application of the Tai Chi Boxing Teaching Process of flipping the classroom under the concept of the conclusions and deficiencies and puts forward the following suggestions:1?to strengthen the construction of sports course of flipping the classroom;2?should pay attention to the safety of flipping the classroom in the physical education curriculum in the process of implementation;3?the implementation process from the reality of the flipped classroom to avoid alienation;4?the students' subjectivity and diversified design focus on flipped classroom assessment;5?the transformation of teaching concept and improve the teachers' comprehensive ability.
