With the tide of implementing the new curriculum reform in China,autonomous cooperative learning plays an important role in training students.How to make rational and effective use of the teaching content,stimulate students' self-creative cooperative learning,and make the classroom full of vitality is the most worthy of in-depth consideration in the reform of classroom teaching.According to the Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011 edition),autonomous,cooperative and inquiry learning mode has become the most commonly used and effective teaching method in primary school Chinese class.Cooperative learning is greatly changing the way teachers and students learn.Through the study of the current situation of cooperative learning in primary school of Z primary school in Changchun City,this paper finds that there are some problems in cooperative learning,such as unscientific group construction,unclear division of labor among members,unreasonable design of task content,insufficient participation of students and unclear learning behavior,imperfect evaluation system,single evaluation method among teachers,students and groups,lack of guidance and cooperation among teachers.The timing of learning is not right,and the time for students to think independently is insufficient.The reasons lie in the teachers' single grouping method for group cooperative learning,the lack of equal communication among group members,the formality of the guided learning plan,the incomplete understanding of group tasks and the blind self-expression,the insufficient professional accomplishment of teachers,the lack of supervision of learning evaluation in schools,and the need to improve teachers' practical teaching ability.Therefore,through the study of the current situation of cooperative learning,this paper draws the following conclusions:students have great individual differences,lack of cooperative learning awareness and learning attitude is not positive enough;Chinese cooperative learning task is mere formality and does not reach the level of teaching in accordance with their aptitude;teachers value results more than process,students are not encouraged and feedback in time;teachers'cooperative learning teaching quality is insufficient and needs to be added.Strengthen communication and guidance between teachers and students.In view of the above problems,the author suggests:strengthening the planning,purpose and strategy of cooperative learning,improving students' cooperative learning awareness and building a reasonable grouping method;standardizing the design of cooperative learning tasks and teaching according to their aptitude:improving the evaluation system of cooperative learning,encouraging teachers and groups to evaluate each other and give points,teachers' self-evaluation and strategic reflection;improving teachers' guidance ability and mastery.Cooperative learning methods and skills,targeted to improve the quality of teachers themselves,so as to learn flexible methods,strengthen teachers cooperative learning team tracking correction,supplementary summary.
