Mechanics has always been the focus and difficulty of high school learning,many students report that mechanics is difficult to learn,especially there are various thinking obstacles in solving problems.As the beginning of high school physics,if mechanics doesn't be handled well,it will directly affect the whole high school physics learning,so it is crucial.Therefore,the author analyzes and researches the thinking obstacles in solving mechanics problems in senior high school,and puts forward the concrete strategies for solving the problem to help to improve their ability of thinking and help teachers to improve their ability of teaching either.This paper is based on the investigation of the thinking obstacles,the causes of thinking obstacles,the solution strategies of thinking obstacles,and the teaching design cases and analysis to overcome the thinking obstacles of mechanics problem solving in senior high school.First of all,by consulting a large number of papers,the research on the subject domestically and abroad has been fully grasped,the related concepts involved in this research are defined,the contents and characteristics of high school mechanics are analyzed,the theoretical basis related to this subject is expounded,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,through the two pieces of questionnaire of Thinking Obstacles in Solving Mechanical Problems in Senior High School,the author understands the existence of thinking obstacles in solving mechanical problems,and analyzes the causes from three parts: students,teachers and physics problems themselves.Thirdly,combined with paper research and teaching practice,this paper puts forward specific solutions to the above thinking obstacles,including exploring the method of scientific thinking,helping the students form a good cognitive structure,cultivating the students good physical thinking habit,arousing the students interest in learning,cultivating optimism and constructing a good teaching mode of exercises,etc.Then,the solution strategies are applied to the teaching,two concrete teaching cases are designed and analyzed,and it is expected to provide reference for the physics teachers in the front line.Finally,the thesis summarizes the research,and rethinks the shortcomings of the paper and the prospect of the future.
