A Case Study Of Life Review And Intervention In The Retirement Of College Retired Teachers

In today's society,the aging of the population has become a hot topic of global concern,and it has gradually attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.The acceleration of population aging affects economic,social,cultural and other aspects of development to some extent.The intensification of the problem of aging has also pushed people's attention to the elderly population.As a part of the elderly group,college retired teachers have professional advantages,and their problems or needs are not particularly obvious,and there is no particular particularity.For this group,retirement life has caused them to shift their focus from the unit to the family and gradually withdraw from the unit.This kind of evacuation will produce a sense of self-worth in a certain degree.Therefore,this study takes college retired teachers as the research object and takes career as the starting point of research.It aims to review the experience of career and finally help them to affirm themselves and improve their self-worth.This paper uses the literature method and the non-structured interview method to study,taking the group of retired teachers in colleges as the starting point,and using life review therapy to provide case service for their career.Life review therapy helps to link the individual to the unit in the process of helping the client to review important events,satisfying the need to improve the individual's sense of self-worth,and grasping important events at different stages during the interview with the client.Sexual and negative events help them to affirm themselves,change negative psychology and mentality,achieve positive self,enhance self-confidence and self-worth.Through the evaluation of the life review of the client,it is found that theself-confidence of the client has improved,and some negative emotions in the past experience have changed.I can affirm myself,believe in my own abilities and achievements,and achieve self-worth.effect.Therefore,it is concluded that life review therapy can bring college retired teachers back to the unit background and establish the relationship between individuals and units.Through life review therapy,it is conducive to its affirmation of itself,enhance self-confidence,and ultimately achieve self-worth.The improvement of feeling.The significance of this study is to help college retired teachers realize that retirement life is still associated with society and units,and there is no alienation.Help them build self-confidence,affirm themselves,enhance their sense of self-worth,and contribute to their happy life in their later years.The author hopes that through his own research,he can provide methods for future social work services and provide assistance for the happy life of the elderly.
