The Exploration Of Techniques Of Life Retrospective Method Applied To Case Work

This study focuses on the methods and techniques required to apply the life retrospective method to the case practice.Taking the retired military doctor as the service object of the female retired military doctor in the army of zhengzhou city,the service object was helped to improve the confidence and social support by carrying out life retrospective case service.According to the development of the case service,the author analyzes the application techniques in the service process.The first part of this paper introduces the service plan and the practical process in detail.The second part analyzes the author's application of supporting,leading and influencing skills by reducing the content of interview.The third part,based on the practical experience,summarizes and analyzes the skills of establishing relationship,case record,collecting data and planning scheme.The basic conclusion of this study was: the author use in the process of service reasonable skills of listening and concentration,clarification,and abstract,providing information,self disclosure and suggestion,use still lack the skills have the same and encouragement.According to the research conclusion,the author discusses three issues: first,how to achieve better cooperation with the case work skills in the life review method;The second is the significance of applying life review to military cadres.The third is to explore the application of life retrospective law in other disciplines,which can provide reference for its application in the field of social work.
