In recent years,the key competence plays an important role in carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and deepening the curriculum reform comprehensively.In order to fully play the irreplaceable role in education in sports disciplines,the Ministry of Education revised the High school physical education and health curriculum standards(2017),which condensed the key competence of PE.course.What kind of key competence the physical education teachers of high schools should have to develop the students' sports discipline key accomplishment has become a problem urgently to be solved in the present.This article uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,first of all to the ordinary high school physical education teachers research,the concept of the key competence,secondly according to the basis and principles of index system building,combining with the characteristics of high school sports disciplines and requirements,to build key competence index system of ordinary high school physical education teachers,the last part of the cities of Zhejiang province,the different characteristics of the ordinary high school sports teachers' current key competence investigation,related research results are as follows:1.It theoretically defines the concept of key accomplishment of key accomplish ment of physical education teachers in ordinary high schools.The key competence of physical education teachers in high schools refers to the essential character and key ability that the physical education teachers in high schools can meet the needs of cultivating students' core quality of physics and promoting their own professional growth and comprehensive development.2.It constructs and completes the key accomplishment index system of physical education teachers in high schools.Three first-level indicators of teachers' moral quality was confirmed,which incl udes professional,educational and teaching quality.9 secondary indicators conta ining professional identity,professional responsibility,teacher kindness,sports morality,sports skills,professional knowledge,education and teaching philosophy,teaching implementation ability,reflection and innovation ability are also deter mined,as well as the work attitude,professional feelings,professional responsibility,vocational commitment,love post love,love students,love life and other27 three indicators.3.The conclusions of the investigation on the current situation of key competence of physical education teachers in Zhejiang province are as follows.(1)The overall key competence of physical education teachers in high schools in Zhejiang province is at a high level,with the highest level of moral quality and the lowest level of education and teaching quality among the three dimensions.(2)In the three dimensions of key competence,"teacher kindness" scored the highest,and "professional identity" the lowest in the teachers' moral competence.The score of "sports morality" was the highest,and the score of "sports skill" was the lowest."Educational teaching concept" scored the highest in "educational teaching quality" and the "reflective innovation ability" is the lowest.(3)The key competence level of male physical education teachers is higher than that of female physical education teachers with different genders,and there is a significant difference;Senior teachers > first-grade teachers > ungraded teachers > second-grade teachers,and there are significant differences in each dimension.Teachers with more than 15 years of teaching experience > 6-14 years of teaching experience > less than 5years of teaching experience.There are significant differences between "professional discipline accomplishment" and "education and teaching accomplishment".There are significant differences in each dimension,and the overall level of core literacy shows the phenomenon of teachers of master degrees > teachers of master degrees > teachers of college degrees.The overall performances are the district provincial key high school teachers > city key high school teachers >(county)key high school district >general high school,which showed significant differences under the conditions of "core accomplishment of professional subjects" and "education and teaching accomplishment".
