As the highest level of higher education in China,graduate education is the main way for the country to cultivate high-quality and innovative talents.As an important part of the graduate group,postgraduates also have a vital influence on the development of our country and the society.At present,under the background of the development of the new era and the construction of "double first-class",our country has placed new expectations on graduate education.It regards improving the quality of graduate education as an important patr of the education field.While the status of postgraduates is an important indicator that can reflect and influence the quality of graduate education.Therefore,under the background of "double first-class"construction,the researche on the status of postgraduates and its influencing factors are of great significance for improving the quality of high-quality talents and the total development of our country.Starting from the idea of integrating theory with practice,this paper mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview method,specifically by the self-compiled questionnaire "Investigation and Research on the Learning Status of Postgraduates".It takes the postgraduates of the three grades of Yunnan University as the research object.On the basis of the questionnaires issued to 386 postgraduates,combined with the in-depth interviews,the overall situation of the postgraduates status of Yunnan University was collected,and the collected data were processed by the spss21.0.Then,the descriptive statistics,correlations,and regression analyses were conducted on the status of schooling and its influencing factors,and the following conclusions were drawn in conjunction with relevant interviews:Firstly,the descriptive statistical results of the four dimensions of learning motivation,learning engagement,communication with teachers and learning satisfaction show that the overall level of study status of postgraduates is general.Secondly,there is no significant difference in the study status of postgraduates of different genders and whether they are trans-major students,but there are significant differences in the master's degree of different grades,subject categories and training categories.Thirdly,the four variables of learning motivation,learning engagement,communication with teachers and learning satisfaction are all positively correlated with the learning status of master's degree students.Fourthly,the four variables are all related to the learning status of master's degree students,there is a significant linear regression relationship between the learning status of postgraduates,and there are different explanations for the change of it.Finally,the paper proposes that schools,tutors and students should take corresponding measures to improve the learning status of postgraduates in order to improve the overall quality of postgraduate training.For schools,strengthen the supervision and management throughout students' academic tenure,creating a good learning environment and academic atmosphere,strengthen the improvement of relevant systems to improve students' learning satisfaction.For tutors,strengthen the guidance to postgraduates and make it more effectively.For students,we should orient ourselves correctly,improve the inner motivation of learning,correct learning attitude and enhance our participation in scientific researches.
