With the deepening of basic education curriculum reform,curriculum resources have become the key to restrict the development of basic education.Without the support of course resources,it will be difficult to implement the wonderful curriculum concept.As an important part of curriculum resources,the reasonable development of off-campus curriculum resources is of great significance to highlight the school's characteristics,accelerate the professional growth of teachers and promote the all-round development of students' personalities.Rural areas in China are rich in natural resources and social resources,but in reality,the contradiction between the shortage of curriculum resources and the richness of potential curriculum resources has always plagued the development of rural school curriculum.In view of this,this paper uses literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to study Dongying City as the research area and rural primary school teachers as the research object and conducts in-depth research from four aspects: cognition,practice,system,guarantee and evaluation.The aim is to explore the influencing factors and the reasons behind the development of off-campus curriculum resources in rural primary schools and to put forward practical and feasible suggestions on the basis of this.The content of the study is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and origin,research purpose and significance,literature review,concept definition,research ideas and methods.The second and third parts are the focus of the study.Through the investigation of the current situation of the development of curriculum resources outside rural primary schools,the existing problems and reasons are analyzed in detail.The study found that rural primary schools have the following problems in the process of developing off-campus curriculum resources: the purpose of development needs to be clear,the maindevelopment subject needs to be diversified,the links between off-campus curriculum resources and subject teaching are slightly weakened,development system needs to be improved,development evaluation work needs to be strengthened.This paper holds that the main reasons for the above problems are the inadequate understanding of the development value of off-campus curriculum resources,the restriction of the centralized curriculum management system,the influence of the traditional exam-oriented education concept,the heavy daily teaching tasks of teachers and the constant loss of excellent teachers.In the fourth part,based on the problems mentioned above and the previous research experience,the author puts forward the following suggestions: clarifying the principles of off-campus curriculum resources development,establishing the off-campus curriculum resources development program,and improving the off-campus curriculum resources development guarantee system.The fifth part is the research conclusion and reflection.
