The inclusive kindergarten is an important part of the pre-school social education institutions in our country at present.It is an important means to solve the problems of "difficult to enter the kindergarten","expensive to enter the garden","unfair to enter the kindergarten" and so on.With the improvement of national attention to inclusive kindergartens,the problem of educational quality of inclusive kindergartens has gradually entered the field of vision of researchers.The quality of inclusive kindergartens is affected by many factors.The research on the professional literacy of the head of the inclusive kindergarten is mainly based on three aspects: first,vigorously developing the inclusive kindergarten is the focus of the reform and development of preschool education in China.Second,as the core of the inclusive kindergarten,the head of the inclusive kindergarten is the core character of the development of the inclusive kindergarten.Third,the sustainable development of inclusive kindergarten needs to improve the professional quality of the head of inclusive kindergarten.Through the questionnaire survey of the professional literacy of the teachers of the inclusive kindergartens in the main urban area of Chongqing,a total of 387 questionnaires were collected.Through the statistical processing of the questionnaire data,it was found that the professional literacy of the directors of the inclusive kindergartens was in a better overall situation.The average score is above 4,but from the three dimensions,the current situation of the inclusive kindergarten head in the professional understanding and understanding dimension is better than that of professional knowledge and method,professional ability and behavior.The situation in the six major areas varies from dimension to dimension.The grade and nature of inclusive kindergarten,the average monthly income of the kindergarten director,and the appointment mode and director of the kindergarten director have different significancein the six fields of professional understanding and understanding,professional knowledge and method,professional ability and behavior in three dimensions:professional understanding and understanding,professional knowledge and method,professional ability and behavior.In general,the professional literacy of the head of inclusive kindergartens in Chongqing is good,but there is still much room for improvement.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey and the data of interviews with the directors of inclusive kindergartens,this study collates the factors that affect the professional literacy of the directors of inclusive kindergartens,including the following aspects: the job burnout of the directors,The value orientation of inclusive kindergarten is not clear,the length of work of the director in the field of preschool education,the family atmosphere of the director,the perfection of the kindergarten management system,and whether the deputy director is equipped or not.Aiming at the less training of inclusive kindergarten directors and the guidance of relevant policies of inclusive kindergartens.According to this study,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the professional literacy of the general kindergarten director: firstly,the general kindergarten director should define his own role and improve the professional understanding and understanding;Secondly,it is necessary to clarify the value of inclusive kindergartens to the development of pre-school education,to correct the understanding of inclusive kindergartens;thirdly,to make reasonable use of time and promote professional knowledge.;Fourthly,construct harmonious symbiosis family atmosphere,increase professional knowledge learning time;fifthly,standardize kindergarten management system,expand their own learning time;Sixthly,the relevant management departments should organize various forms of training for the promotion of professional literacy of kindergarten directors in general,so as to consolidate the benefits for all.Professional accomplishment of the director of sex kindergarten;Finally,the government should also improve the management system of inclusive kindergartens in order to assess and promote development,strengthen supervision and guidance to the directors of inclusive kindergartens,and increase support for inclusive kindergartens.Start from the outside to stimulate the professional development of the teachers of theinclusive kindergarten,and improve the overall quality of the staff of the teachers of the inclusive kindergarten.
