With the rapid development of preschool education in China,people's demand for preschool education has changed from quantity to quality,and people are more and more concerned about whether they can enter high quality kindergartens to receive high quality preschool education.The key to the quality of early childhood education lies in the quality of kindergarten teachers.In the traditional kindergarten teacher training,people pay too much attention to the cultivation of professional knowledge and specialized skills,ignoring the accomplishment of philosophy in preschool teachers'professional qualities.However,with the advancement of children's philosophy,comprehensive curriculum,humanistic education and other ideas,kindergarten teachers'ability of "philosophical thinking" has been paid more and more attention by scholars.Cultivating the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers is not only beneficial to the comprehensive and healthy development of young children,but also can better promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and improve the quality of kindergarten teachers.Although the philosophical accomplishment of kindergarten teachers is of great significance,the philosophical accomplishment of kindergarten teachers in reality is not optimistic,which is manifested in the lack of philosophical basis and lack of philosophical ability and lack of philosophical spirit.Therefore,it is of great reference value to understand in detail the present situation of the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers,to analyze the causes of the current philosophical accomplishment of educational teachers,and to improve the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers.Based on the previous research on the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers,this study demonstrates the requirements of the theory of early childhood education for the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers through the research and analysis of the literature to provide a theoretical basis for the topic selection.Then the comprehensive use of questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,found that there are great problems in the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers.The main performance is that the breadth and depth of kindergarten teachers'understanding of the theory or idea of early childhood education are not enough,which directly leads to the serious lack of thinking depth of kindergarten teachers on the problems of theory and practice,and cannot find the important value of philosophical accomplishment from the thinking of theory and practice,and at the same time,because in the process of growth and learning,the lack of philosophical content learning and the neglect of the cultivation of philosophical accomplishment makes the current situation of preschool teachers,philosophical accomplishment so poor.Finally,through the data analysis of the survey results,we understand that the main factors of the lack of philosophical literacy are:(l)Throughout the education,the lack of philosophy education makes preschool teachers are lack of the philosophical accomplishment;(2)The lack of the way of promotion of post-service philosophical accomplishment makes the philosophical accomplishlent of preschool teachers stagnate;(3)It is lack of philosophical atmosphere in social environment,the cultivation of philosophical accomplishment is not valued.For these reasons,This study puts forward some suggestions to promote the improvement of the philosophical accomplishment of preschool teachers:(l)Strengthening the philosophical education of preschool students;(2)Strengthening the philosophical education of students in the basic education stage;(3)Strengthening the post-vocational growth of preschool teachers9 philosophical accomplishment;(4)Improving the philosophical atmosphere of the social environment and promote the improvement of the accomplishment of philosophy of all the people.
