In the historical background of the economic globalization, value diversification and information networking, to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream ultimately rely on a multi‐level, multi‐standard, multi‐type talent. It’s a dual task of growth and success and laying the foundation for the future teaching for normal university students who will to be those future socialist cause builders and successors. This requires that normal university students have a certain philosophical normal accomplishment, able to develop the vision, dialectical perspective, critical thinking, the ability to reflect on the problems and difficulties to deal with. Cultivating normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment is to enhance the quality philosophy which is aiming at influencing the college students in a planned, organized, educational practice goals to achieve normal university students apply theory to arm the minds of philosophy teaching in future work, to guide practice and promote the work. Strengthening normal university students ’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation philosophy is to promote the comprehensive development of the normal university students’ practical needs, is to develop innovative teaching personnel inevitable requirement to adapt to the requirements of the higher faculty building. Thesis consists of four parts:The first part mainly explains the reason of topicselecting and research significance of the paper. Otherwise, the related research at home and abroad are summarized and reviewed, and thesis research ideas and research methods are also specified for the details.The second part mainly defines the related concepts of normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment Cultivation, from learning philosophy knowledge, cultivating philosophy thinking, cultivating philosophy feelings, cultivating the spirit of philosophy, and improving the ability of using the philosophy the five aspects to explain the normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation. On this basis, it can be summarized that Normal University students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation possess the characteristics of guiding, pertinence, persistence and practicalness. And then briefly expounds the significance of it.The third part mainly conducts a detailed investigation through a variety of survey of contemporary teacher education philosophical accomplishment cultivation status. It summarizes the normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation achievements. According to the normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation lack of attention, training content lack of practicability, the training methods lack of attraction and other outstanding issues, it will be in‐depth analysis of the main causes of these problems.The fourth part focuses on normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation the main problems. Upon the correct understanding of normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation, strengthening the normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation the developing and use of resources, improving normal university students’ philosophical accomplishment cultivation targeted, normal university students’ cultivation of philosophical accomplishment force four aspects, it puts forward countermeasures for improving the philosophical accomplishment of the normal university students.
