In the world of today, the international competition intensifies day by day. As knowledge economy having an inkling of the matter and learning society gradually coming into being, teachers have to possess better and more all-round quality. Enhancing their accomplishment, especially the philosophical accomplishment, is very important for teachers to adapt themselves to the extern environments that are full of variety, to change their individual functions and to modify their professional roles.Although plenty of study on teacher's accomplishment has been done, with the attainment of some identical views, there is little systematic and specialized research on the philosophical accomplishment of teacher. For a long time, little study has touched upon the philosophical accomplishment of teacher, as too more attention has been paid to the scientific and cultural accomplishment, the ideological and ethical standards, as well as the psychological accomplishment of teacher. The education demands philosophy, and the teacher demands philosophy as well. It is a wrong idea that some teacher without philosophical accomplishment can teach school well and do research well. In order to understand the philosophical accomplishment of teacher and its influence on teaching practice more comprehensively, this paper tries to answer some questions on the connotation, the constitution, the characteristic, the value, the lack, the formation of the philosophical accomplishment of teacher.The psychological accomplishment of teacher means teacher's self-consciously persistent cultivation when they employ psychological knowledge and methodology to survey or dispose educational issues in teaching practice. It consists of psychological wisdom, psychological feelings, psychological spirit and psychological realm. Its characteristic involves transcendency, innovativeness, advance and penetrability. The value of the philosophical accomplishment of teacher epitomizes in noumenal value and instrumental value, the former embodies as survival value, development value and enjoyment value, the latter incarnates in the enhancement and promotion of teacher's specialized knowledge, capability, ethics, spirit and conviction. This paper begins with the status quo of the philosophical accomplishment of teacher and then analyzes the intrinsic and extrinsic causes of the lack of the philosophical accomplishment of teacher. It points out many undesirable aftermath due to the lack, such as the imperfection of teacher's quality structure, the poorness of teacher's livelihood and the lowness of teacher's state of life. It also analyzes the subjective and objective factors to the formation of the philosophical accomplishment of teacher. Teacher's correct recognition of philosophy, good personality and deep consciousness of self-development are the subjective factors. Good social atmosphere, working conditions and education to the teacher are the major objective factors. In view of the status quo of the lack of the philosophical accomplishment of teacher, this paper considers many approaches to form it, including teacher's incessant self-cultivation, philosophical education and teaching practice. The great majority of teachers have to realize that it is not an easy thing to form their philosophical accomplishment. The enhancement of philosophical accomplishment is a long-unremitting process for teachers and it needs their consciously cultivating.
