Teacher is the first resource for the development of education and the important cornerstone for the prosperity and prosperity of the country,the revitalization of the nation and the happiness of the people.Continuing education is an important link in the construction of teachers,and also an important way to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers and improve their quality.Rural teachers as the main force to improve the quality of rural population,their continuing education effect is of great significance to the quality of rural education.Teachers' continuing education is an important way for the construction of teacher team and professional development,many scholars have in-depth research on relevant aspects,but there is less research on the special attributes of rural teachers as an important training content of continuing education.From the perspective of teachers' internal needs,there are few literatures on curriculum design of continuing education.And there are few studies of the rural junior high school teachers as the object.The continuing education of rural teachers,the author defines that the target is rural teachers,the purpose is to improve teachers' moral cultivation,promote professional development of teachers,solve practical teaching problems,enhance rural teachers' local identity,enrich rural teachers' local culture and cultivate rural teachers' ability to inherit the local culture.With teacher training and personal training as the main form,it can improve the overall level of rural teachers,strengthen our rural education capacity,improve our country 's lifelong education system for rural teachers,and carry out and enrich the educational activities of local culture.On this basis,the author has issued a questionnaire to the rural junior middle school teachers in E city,H province about the status quo of participating in the continuing education of teachers,in order to have a deep understanding of the current reality of rural junior middle school teachers participating in the continuing education and their evaluation and suggestions on the continuing education.At the same time,the author also conducted an interview survey with six in-service teachers of rural junior high schools in City E,Province H,to understand the current predicament and views of continuing education in rural areas.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the status quo of continuing education of rural middle school teachers in E city,H province,and finds the existing problems in continuing education of rural middle school teachers in E city,H province.First,the continuing education management system is not sound;second,the model of continuing education lacks pertinence;third,the continuing education curriculum system is not perfect;fourth,the rural junior high school teachers lack of enthusiasm;fifth,continuing education assessment evaluation is not standard.By analyzing the status and problems of continuing education of rural junior high school teachers in City E of H province,the author believes that the continuing education of rural teachers can be improved from the following aspects: first,strictly control teacher access,improve the organization and management mechanism of continuing education;second,strengthen pre-training research,comprehensive understanding of the needs of teachers;thirdly,enrich the course content and innovate the way of continuing education.fourth,evaluate motivate to guarantee the quality of continuing education;fifth,enhance the sense of responsibility,stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in continuing education.
