National defense education is an important basic project related to national security and development.Schools are an important position for popularizing national defense education.It is imperative and urgent to do a good job of national defense education in schools,improve students' national defense literacy and promote the development of national defense education for all.At present,the living environment of students in the stage of urban compulsory education is peaceful and comfortable.No war,no age of suffering,so the national defense consciousness is extremely weak.They have enjoyed carefree life since they were born.In addition,at present,the only child of primary and secondary school students is the majority.Parents,especially grandparents,are more fond of them.Therefore,poor psychological endurance,fear of hardship and tiredness,and weak will have become the common problems of primary and secondary school students.It is urgent to strengthen the national defense education of students in the stage of urban compulsory education,enhance their national defense concept and strengthen their will.Under this background,this paper studies the current situation and teaching management of national defense education in the stage of urban compulsory education,taking Chongqing X School as an example,by using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of this study,literature review at home and abroad,research contents and methods are summarized.At the same time,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of national defense education in the stage of urban compulsory education are introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the following.Secondly,this paper takes Chongqing X School as an example,conducts field research and issues questionnaires to analyze the current situation of national defense education in the stage of urban compulsory education.Based on the data obtained from field research,this paper studies the problems existing in the development of national defense education in Chongqing compulsory education stage,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions?through investigation,the author finds that the following problems exist in the national defense education of schools in the stage of urban compulsory education:first,weak teachers and lack of professionalism;second,insufficient attention is paid to students and lack of initiative;third,the form of education is single and lack of practicality;fourth,the content of education is outdated and lack of innovation.In view of the above problems,the author innovatively puts forward the organizational management system of "1+3" national defense education,the way to implement "three elements and one person" national defense education,and the countermeasures to implement "four plus" national defense education.Firstly,through the construction of "one center,three battlefronts" national defense education management system,increasing investment in national defense education funds,and further increasing the construction of national defense education teachers.To improve the national defense education system of schools at the stage of urban compulsory education.Secondly,through the way of "three elements and one person"(i.e.schools,national defense education bases and resident troops are carried out simultaneously),we can carry out the national defense activities of schools at the stage of urban compulsory education to enhance students' national defense awareness.Thirdly,implement national defense education in schools at the stage of urban compulsory education in various forms to stimulate students'interest in national defense.Through national defense education and school daily behavior norms,new media network platform and integration with other education.Fourthly,compile the national defense textbooks of schools in the stage of urban compulsory education to improve students' national defense literacy.
