| College students are important talent resources cultivated by the country and successors in the new era.The healthy growth and learning of college students not only affect the development of their own life,but also affect the prospect and development of the society.With the expansion of college enrollment and the expansion of college students,there are more and more problems of learning maladjustment among college freshmen,and the consequences are more and more serious.The traditional way of entrance education has been unable to fully meet the needs of schools and students,so how to use effective methods to intervene in coping with the problem of freshmen's learning adaptability has aroused widespread concern and thinking of the society and schools.In this study,social work is used as an intervention method to solve the problem of freshmen's learning adaptability.It is mainly combined with the actual interview cases of A university and discussed through specific practical activities.The introduction part of this paper introduces the reason and research significance of this research,and summarizes the research contents of domestic and foreign scholars on college freshmen's learning adaptability and school social work intervention in recent years.On this basis,the literature method and interview method are used for research.The second chapter is to clearly define the relevant concepts involved in the research,and to determine the relevant theories applied to the problem of social work involvement in freshmen's learning adaptability.The third chapter analyzes the problem of learning maladjustment and its influencing factors of freshmen in A university according to the interview content.According to the research results,the fourth chapter fully expounds the intervention objectives,specific school group work activities and the content of evaluation improvement.On this basis,this study concludes that the problem of freshmen's learning adaptation can be effectively solved,the methods of school social work can be effectively involved,and the methods of school social work can be strongly applied in the entrance education.Based on the shortcomings in the research,the authors suggest that freshmen,their schools and society as a whole should act together to achieve better intervention. |
