Research On The Problems And Management Countermeasures Of The Adaptability Of The Primary School Freshmen

There are fundamental changes on school life for school-age children who have e ntered primary school.That is to say,there are great differences in learning content,cl assroom teaching and timetable,etc.During kindergarten stage,the main way to acco mplish teaching and teaching content is games,the main content of learning is to get a good habit and to master basic life skills.After entering primary school,there are mo re strict requirements for learning content.Students should not only learn the basic kn owledge and skills,but also accomplish required basic learning tasks that the school st ated,to achieve the corresponding goal.It is especially important to help first grade st udents to adapt school life successfully,to better adapt the first grade life and to achie ve the transition from kindergarten to primary school.Good adaptability will affect th e development of a child ' s life.This paper is mainly aimed at the research on the first grade of primary school student s,using the method of literature research,combined with in-depth interviews and parti cipant observation and other research methods.The research was based on the observ ation on the first grade students in a primary school in Chuzhou about their adaption t o the process of education,the effects of the adaption.Then the school education effec t can be reflected according to the students' school adaptation.The existing problems can be analyzed about school education and then corresponding strategies to solve the problems can be raised.Through nearly a year of investigation on three sampling primary school at Chuzhou,it can be concluded that different types of schools are facing the problem of adaptabili ty on school-age children.According to their situations,different schools took differe nt active and effective measures to let school children to adapt to the new learning env ironment as soon as possible.According to the research results,some reasonable sugg estions and measures were proposed to help the sampling area to solve their problems of primary school adaptability.These suggestions are from different perspectives,for examples,to strengthen the innovation of management system from the perspective of school management;to achieve innovation of class management mode from the persp ective of classroom management.Besides,it also necessary to strengthen the connecti on and cooperation between school and family,to fully let family to play their roles.Only by achieving all above methods,the school-age children enrollment adapta bility can be effectively improved,making children adapt the new learning environme nt faster and better...
